There are baby steps into a new yet most wanted route in Ghum. It like it has been forced and enforced on us forever how narrow minded and stuck up the Chavans are in their mindset. And now that has been so strongly and forcefully established, they are now showing the journey of shattering and reinventing the Chavans. Hence, I feel the jolt of it. The sudden shift and change in whiff got me due to the monotonous pattern. But it is a welcome change and we are back to hoping! 🤞

My bet on name will be changed, but there will be some twist there. Can't point it, but something there.

I know this is a low blow, but do you think that if P brings out Sai's condition in front of the family before V gets a chance to bring it up, he will take over. As in he will claim it to be a mutual decision, and he would also not think about extending his family until Sai is able to establish her self as a doc, because it is "Their" dream now. Kinda blackmailing BK since that is a weak point? Thoughts?

I like the title. It has a different significance, much deeper one.

Yes it was not the usual degree of toxicity. Which says how much can change V decides to take charge and speak. He did today, because he realises that Sai loves him. Till now he had his doubts and did consider the risk of not having her in his love with the same love reciprocated. But now that he knows losing her freaks him even more and he will definitely not be the reason for it.

I feel there was romance. But not the usual one. It was beyond PDA, a more mature one that came with respect for each other and the acknowledgment of being equal in their relationship.

But I wish he started with Omi and BK's nicknames for Sai. Omi and P have to accuse and take a dig at Sai for anything. Omi practically made no sense when he started to point fingers at Sai as she had said nothing and it was entirely V talking. P at least had some logic in her accusation even if she knew that it was not Sai who provoked V. But the good side, no one gave a heed to her this time. She was limited to that one statement.

KJ would have been absolutely furious and resented his decision and judgement of V.

Precap for me too makes sense with the current state of affairs. And yes, Sai has done so much, let V have his share too. But it also opens doors to the scheming mind :-(

Episode was good. For a change no screeching from any side.

Virat is playing smart -with threats & mind games. But will it bring any results? It was easier to take the transfer & go away with Sai.

The message was given - about pehchaan & double standards. But two episodes later, it will be toxicity again. Positive messages don't suit ghum.

It is indeed a welcome change. But then again ghum has a tendency to disappoint so i was also wondering whether I am reading too much and getting excited only for it to be dashed few days down the line 😭

If they continue though, it would be a really really interesting take... Coz upar upar se Chavans look modern and progressive but there is a deep rooted misogyny and regressiveness in them and especially BK who rules like a dictator. So breaking those shackles would be a treat to watch.

I can totally see P doing this... Even if she gets a whiff of it.. worse still she will use this to further instigate BK that the proposal, wedding was all a farce and if this happens after V manages to convince BK for Sai's career, it would be downright degrading to Sai where P might claim that Sai fooled V and manipulated him so that she can pursue her career and keep him hanging.
