What I gathered from all the teasers, this dialogue is because of Baba Sahab.

Shamsher is a typical launda, he's gonna do anything to get the girl, but Baba Sahab is the dangerous one, itna ki ab tak bete ko bhi nahi pata hai.

I think Aamna is visiting her son in the US for like half a month or more. She leaves on the 2nd. Will be back in may itself from what hassan and amna discuss in their reviews. Hassan had brought it up.. Since she will be there for that period she wont be reviewing any shows, ek toh she wont have the time to watch any i bet. So hassan was like, he will be reviewing but i guess at the same time it will have live audience joining him. Its gonna be an arrangement like that. If ktk starts in the second week, then probably, aamna wont be around for the first two or three epsiodes to reviews. And that is if they plan to review KTK.

It could be a psychological thriller too.

Hum has the habit of misleading about the genre, SeM initially looked more like a rom-com.

And about that dialogue from teaser 2...lets see what they are gonna do babe. It could be misled, like you said. Or they might address it in a different way
