My disappointment with the serial began with the accident track and it peaked when akshara cheated abhimanyu during sangeeth celebration, especially when abhi was proclaiming they both are one team, I was not happy with her character today and yesterday as well, tell me what do you think.

AK hugging abhi from behind today felt superficial, conveying her acceptance through the song sounded mere theatrics and hollow, at that minute even abhimanyu reaction seemed unrealistic because nobody on earth would embrace a person like akshara, who is involved in a Hit and Run fiasco involving their dear mum, they take ages to decide to a simple condition to not include her evil sister in wedding rituals who is also the presumed main culprit.🤢

The whole Birla family walking behind akshu like puppies was super irritating😡, they followed her as if she has achieved an Olympic medal or became a part of the celebrity rock band👎🏼.

Makers please spare the trouble, this is literally making our khaan bleed (khaan se khoon while pointing my nose Just like PB😭)

Now the CVs have few options left, shift the blame of accident from the sisters to the Goenka's driver, bring out the truth about akshara confession to abhi, prove atleast she hasn't lied To him, reduce her aaru jaap and bring her out of the delusional la la land.

During abrohi wedding track abhi has been rude to akshara several times still it seemed rational owing to his trauma, compared to akshara's irrational behaviour now.

The triggers for me:

• Akshara didn't invite manjari maa for their photoshoot, whereas all the Gclan arrive for the family photoshoot at Birla hospital. I don't know what to call that.

• During sangeet, from akshara's viewpoint she was forgiven by abhi for a big crime committed by the sisters, she rewards him for that by making him fall flat on his face and cheating him to win a trivial dance competition.

• Also yesterday when abhi has forgiven them both, saved them from public humiliation and arrest, she needed a round table conference with her confidantes, for his condition to marry her only upon the exclusion of arohi, She let his entire family bake in the scorching heat, while she is royally taking advice from her family members without having any cognizance to Abhi's family members plight.

• Now that brings a question What if her family pressurised her to not relent on abhi's condition will she decline him again and cancel the wedding.

I agree the faulty script needs to blamed and the CVs behind the script needs to be blamed, as the saying goes too many chefs spoil the broth probably many people are at work.

Don't you think the characters and their behaviours seem incoherent and they are going for a toss quite often. Especially akshara character has been spoiled and we are being force fed Arohi scenes.

All what you have listed are the core reasons as to why this season won't be successful like the previous ones.

I was attached to every Harshad Chopda because of his character or chemistry with either the leads or a sidey.

His shows also had a story.

In Yrkkh the whole premise is shallow.. During Hina's time, her character had a steady growth. That was the beauty of the first generation.

DKP after 13 years is giving too much attention to a third angle. The show is falling flat and I can't relate to Abhi or Akshara when their proposals were exchanged from the very begining. The MUs were so meh. Main plot has portholes not loopholes. Filling up won't matter.

See, there is slow character development and then there's is no character development and name it on slow process. For me, Akshara is falling for the latter.

Let me say, why.

The first time we saw Akshara, we saw her trying to keep the ties of her bond with Aarohi strong even if it meant brushing off her panic attack and ready to leave everything.

Then, we saw her in tilak episodes where she was so overwhelmed that when Abhi character was questioned, she did not open her mouth. We understood her dilemma there too. But let me ask this, if Abhimanyu was in position of Akshara and he let Harsh/Anand/Neil/Parth question her character because Akshara has sent hi to Neil then? Will people accept it as overwhelmness?

Then we saw how she said no to a man because her sister said, she will leave the house and she obliged yet she returns when his family members called her back. She wanted to give him happiness. Okay but then say that your family members called me back and it was not my own decision instead I was coerced to it because they requested. Why keep quiet when he asks the right questions?

And multiple others but I don't want to express that. But let's, face it, Akshara has hided every damn wrong Aarohi has done till now. And whenever Goenkas scold Aarohi, Akshara saves her and stops them from doing so.

Did not Akshara stood with the power of truth during Abhi and Aarohi marriage track?

Did not Akshara stood with the power of truth of MD and exam on shaadi day and Goenkas were in dark? She called Abhi but could not reach him then too. She wanted to reveal the truth but could not.

Did not they deserve to know?

I understood, she was struggling then.

Let's see it accident track.

Aarohi was over dose with drug and drove a damn car and put not only herself in danger but others and they did get into an accident.

When that happened, they especially Akshara felt they hit something or rather someone real hard and gave a lecture and pleaded Aarohi to check but once Aarohi stated her OPINION that it's a stone, she agreed. Akshara was in her senses right? How come she is not an accomplice?

Okay, let it go. This time again, she stood with the power of truth, did she revealed to Goenkas? She wanted to do it before too but did not. She wanted to do this time too but did not. Does she put Aarohi above everyone else? Even before right and wrong? Even before people who raised her up?

They asked her about accident right? Aarohi said "mujhse pyaar karti hai toh nahi batayegi" and she accepts the accident?

Does not Goenkas put blind, BLIND FAITH on Akshara and Aarohi? Is not it an abuse of trust? Did not Akshara faced the same situation and she repeated the same mistake? How many times more?

Did not she wanted to tell Abhimanyu the MD exam too but could not? Here, too, she revealed but once again, behind a curtain with a barrier that shows her cowardice?

Also, if it was character development and her want was to come clean, why not come clean to everyone? Manjiri was the victim right? Where was sorry instead she wants the victim to understand her and make Abhimanyu understand? Did not she saw Parth donning scrubs to help with assisting because he loves his chachi? He did not deserve to know? Did not she saw Neil running to find his mother?

Let's keep it apart and come back to my original post parallels.

First tilak, when Abhimanyu walked away, she did not stopped just looked longingly.

Mandir confession too, it was Abhi who fought for her. Should not that all be coming out from her? She was the one was emotionally abused. The point was to highlight the pain with Aarohi lies and her being quiet. Abhi was at the recieving end.

But let it be, when Abhi walked away, she took her time, we understood her dilemma there but she went on her own.

This time, Abhimanyu said, Aarohi ke Bina shaadi ya mere bina zindagi and she put both at equal level. She knew Aarohi is wrong and she took so long to choose the right. And she did not choose on her own will. Her family members coerced her once again, she needs to reassure Aarohi that she loves her and always will and her wrong doings did nothing to her love and Swarna gave her hope that Abhimanyu will forgive Aarohi and will allow her to come to the wedding and she also had a talk with Anupamaa before she chose, her marriage with Abhimanyu.

First time- reject Abhimanyu. Second time- Choose after sometime. Third time- Choose after lecture from family + AnupaMAA + reassure Aarohi.

If it's slow character development then I don't see it. Sorry.

Character development is when you are put in the same situation, with different intensity and you use your experience from previous one and takes the right actions or better and for me, Akshara don't learn from them.

Agree the loopholes are being made into potholes through writing by ppl with inadequate skills.

I have never watched a serial except for yrkkh, I haven't watched the previous serials of the lead pair and never regretted watching season1 because OG akshara was relatable, real and strong with her own weaknesses.

But this s3 akshara is a big disappointment and especially I find it comical when she proclaims herself to be a choti sherni🤣🤣when she lacks the loyalty of even a DOG.

I could tolerate the drama surrounding the proposal swap and resultant chaotic wedding proposal to arohi till mandir fiasco, but ever since Aneesha entry began, I could see the story and characters doing bungee jumping.

I find the present track to be an insult to the intelligence of a typical viewer like me.

It's a serial and I can simply give up watching but the lead pair has an amazing chemistry and the plot has entertainment potential, everything is going down the drain only because the CVs underestimate the intelligence of their viewer and slacking at their work.

I totally agree with you, even Ididn't like the character arc of akshara ATM and hoping to see some revolutionary change if not I better quit watching.

I am irritated with the sisters behaviour in the present track.

I want to see the character development but here, it really went down spiral down. I have to start writing my own story to keep my anger in check.

Agree I am generally not a fan of manjiri, because she tolerates abuse of PB, but yesterday I am impressed with her reasoning with abhimanyu.

Honestly when it comes to family members, she can't file a case.

But I felt the siters apology is inadequate for their percieved offense.

Arohi not showing any remorse is even more irritating.

I still have a feeling the culprit is going to be their driver but not the sisters🤪

That track is over now as per the makers.😂😂. You still have hopes it will be driver ...I think that was end of the track .. Yes definetly not right legal way but what else we can expect from itv.. they made it like jab miya Biwi raazi tho Kya karega kaazi .. Now just enjoy the Shaadi track ..

This one thing I had to discuss but I am 3 epis bk since I didn't re subscribe to hotstar so😆

I just hated akshu cheating in the competition...no its not like people cheat and it's for fun. No they never cheat and whoever does , they do it with an evil intention..like drugging or wardrobe malfunction etc etc

Why cheat ? Coz they know they can't win ? Why not win by fair means ? It didn't sit well with me. It's not about morality ..why does she want HER family to win against abhimanyu? Means she doesn't treat abhimanyu her family right ? She created a distinction between them .

I remember in s2 there were light hearted competitions in kaira shadi ..in one of them, naira was in full on "aa jao jisko aana hai " mode n rajshri chupke se told her "beta pati ki jeet mei apni jeet hoti hai. Jhasi ki rani banne ki zaroorat nahi haiIf..chup chap Hathiyar dal dena "😆 not that it was a repeat thing.naira won almost all games n kartik was happily losing ..when kartik won, naira was happy.

I'm Not comparing the 2 seasons and it's not like I feel that girls should give up in front of boys , but at that moment , all eyes were on naira n kartiks family was really stupid , judging naira n saying that naira will rule over kartik ..goenkas always created a distinction between kartik and naira . N now its the same goenkas who r going crazy with "harsh aisa birlas aise vaise" when they are ladkiwale.

Thats the thing, itv never follows logic. I never watch any itv shows bcz of such illogical plots, its just the leads chemistry which has hooked me to the show otherwise i would've given up during the tilak 2.0
