These two should drop all the dumb functions and go off someplace to simply talk and actively listen to what the other has to say.

Trust - He messed up big time when he called her a liar. But since then, Abhi already searched deep in his heart and came to Akshu with no hard evidence. He has taken the first step.Akshu has to reciprocate - equal measure, less, more whatever it takes. Unless his insecurities are calmed down his brain won’t work on anything. And unless his sharp brain starts working again he won’t connect the dots and he is our only hope.
Abhi comes across as so righteous, so strong , so clear in thought, so capable, so decisive that it’s probably difficult for Akshu to think he might have insecurities. He stands there - strong raising his voice against his dad, his in laws protecting the women he loves - how can anyone think he has weaknesses and insecurities? She just hasn’t picked up on it. And he has not shared.
Akshu is thankful that he thinks she is worthy of his love. ( her song choice) . I’m worried the poor girl thinks she’s unworthy of his love and this relationship.
They are both broken at the moment. And they have to pick themselves up and fix their brokenness.

I agree Goenkas including siblings has major role to play in how arohi behaves today and in this I blame akshra too in the name of love she has accepted all the wrong doing but the think is she herself is not aware of the manipulation happening with her. when it comes to arohi its all about arohi for akshra and then she makes mistakes of giving in for her blackmaling and manipulations due to the guilt she has been given over the years. Arohi will always be Arohi 🤔 Even after being caught in such a huge khaand and a very serious one is back to her own self pity. This is a result as well of years of being allowed to get away with things that she no longer can decern what is right or wrong. The Gonekas have spoiled her and this is the fault of their upbringing. Even her elder siblings are at fault for her behavior as they tend to let things pass easily too at times...yup looking at you too Vansh, Kairav, and Akshara.
@bold I'm glad Akshara tried to explain herself to Abhi. She takes time to think about things before acting. Its something she has always done. And it is true right now everyone needs some time to digest everything that has happened. Abhi is still very emotionally raw at the moment so hopefully he truly understands what she is saying. This insecurity issue isn't over. But we all know next khaand track we will have Akshara acting faster.
Goenkas on the other hand never stopped arohi from doing wrong, infact kairav told akshra to go away when he got to know about her feelings for abhi...how useless a family can be , we should show them goenka family
