Yeah, this is a mystery, every physical gesture is not romantic and respect in this scenario, Ram would have never taken it in any other way. All he needed was a friend and companion. This would come naturally… somehow unable to read her actions here.

Jokes apart you are right. Any spouse in her place would have given that comfort and it comes naturally. Sadly writers dont think that way. What to do.

Now I am all the more convinced that VK is alive somewhere & that Nandu had a hand in his accident. Otherwise it will turn out that Priya & MM are from a family of hardened criminals & no matter how innocent they personally are it will be hard for them to be hold their heads up. Only VK turning up alive & Nandu turning out a bigger criminal can balance out their shame.
