I'm late to the 19th April episode discussion as I had a busy day but I wanted to get some points across:

Finally, we are slowly getting to the heart of Abhira story. Abhi's inner wounds are on the surface. Akshu is still behind, but the next subplot will be about her wounds resurfacing. I have always said this subplot is not about WHO is behind the accident but more WHY Akshu had lied to him (for Aru) as it goes back to his insecurity and wound. In the past few weeks we had seen her doing things that fed that insecurity. Akshu's wound is still holding her back. We will now be seeing what I had mentioned before, she will put more into the relationship, she will chase him even if it is metaphorically. She now knows she has to redeem herself because she had failed so badly, she has to do this so as not to reopen her wound. He lashed out to her, rightly, for lying but the rest is just fodder really. His question though has not been fully answered and that is the pain that made him walk away, made him break off.

Arohi is now going to rise to the occasion. Abhi won't forget that she took 'medicine and drove and had an accident', When he remembers it I'm sure he will do something or get someone to take her license or suspend her. This will really hurt her the most, get her to hurt Abhira back. Her subplot is coming up as well especially with Harsh's comment - either she will blackmail him with the fire proofs or use Neil and Harsh may help. I had this mad idea that somehow something happens and he insist Abhi marries Arohi then I thought, no they won't do such a shitty track again! But she has to have her revenge. She was counting on Akshu keeping her mouth shut or at least not naming her but when she knows Akshu has opened her mouth, Arohi will know that she can no longer depend on Akshu. Akshu will of course continue with her Aru jaap but this time she will be more careful and subtle.

Mahima is now another villain. She is determined to break Abhira apart. Her letter will help her. I said it will fly...it is most likely coming to Harsh. He may be the one to get the police...Mahima will not show her hand yet.

Mataji - I have a feeling she will play a double game. She will insist Abhi continues with the wedding but then will constantly remind him that due Akshu (and Arohi) she had an accident. I am sure we will also get more scenes where it will look like both sisters support one another in front of people. People's trait do not change overnight.

They still need to have a conflict as they head towards the wedding. Abhi will not forgive so quickly especially as he knows Akshu has lied to him for Arohi.

The main conflict in this subplot is that Abhi does not approve of the way Akshu always defends/support Arohi even over him - until that viewpoint changes he will hate Arohi's guts. The ball is now with Akshu.

Coming to what's important - Abhi darling looked absolutely mindblowingly hot and dangerous!😆😳 He was so good in that episode, reminded me of why I adore him. He got every aspect right, from the pain on his face, the hurt in his 'Kyun, kyun, kyun, kyun' the subtlest difference with each kyun showing his total bewilderment as how easily his happy dream had come crashing down. He had lost some respect for her when he told her that they did not even check to see who they had hurt - it shows what type of person you are to do that....it was almost like he was seeing her clearly and liking her...yet he was looking for something to grasp and she provided that by answering that Aru was with her...he got his answer and despair seeped from him. Once again Aru over him😡...my poor baby..💔...don't worry, Akshu will soon make you happy...but don't give in so quickly!😉😆

Akshu for her part was lost at sea or so it seems. I expected her to barge in quickly with 'but I did tell you' soon but it was only halfway before she got that out. Since it was Abhi's episode I'll forgive her tired and lacklustre expression. However I want to say, this episode was his but there will another episode that will be totally hers and she will own it!

I also had a laugh when she admitted she went her merry way and enjoyed herself with all the rituals.

The whole point of this episode was for Abhi to see that whilst he was dreaming of pink hearts and elephants, Akshu was more calculated. Yes she was dreaming of their future but also making sure her sister and family was safe.

That is the essence of that episode but I did also laugh at her response because it was so silly. I was blushing for her!😆

Anway, only good thing that came out of this was that Akshu will now make more effort. She will now be more bolder and show her love. She has to redeem herself in his eyes because she has fallen.

Did anyone else also laugh when she admitted she was enjoying herself with the rituals? I forgot his exact question but her answer was so funny...truthful...but painful...the writers really put her in the corner just so she could break out boldly!

what an episode guys!! After a long time, we got such a dhamaka episode. HC and Pranali nailed it! Superb performances by both of them. Abhi’s anger legit gave me chills and ak’s tears, specially when she said, “akshara nahi. Mein tumhari akshu hu” I swear my heart broke into million pieces. Abhi, even though he called akshu to confront and hear her confession, he was in no state to hear what she had to say. He was literally blind and deaf in rage (and understandably so). Once he cools down, he will connect dots and get to know that ak did not choose arohi over him. Her only fault was “slow processing” 😆 and she ran to confess to him the minute she knew the truth. He will be regretting his words next when he comes to know that ak had indeed confessed (but alas! to the wrong person ) eagerly waiting for the reconciliation.

That Akshu v Akshara did make me laugh. I mean I understood why he is saying it and why it hurt her but of all the things she could focus on, she did that. However, it is also a good indicator that her own internal wound is now surfacing and making her panic. The fear of losing him is making her latch onto what she felt was uniquely his.

He has connected the dots. He is angry because she is just not who he thought she was, because she did not tell him the trugh and because she did put Aru above telling him the truth. Which ever way put it, she did that whether she verbalises it or not. Our unconscious drives us more than the conscious mind.

The writers really messed up by showing her almost amnesiac by not recalling the accident first but they wanted to do that so Aru connects the dots and makes Akshu promise not to tell. Again the Aru/Akshu connection was shown to be more 'important' than Abhira - but my belief is it isn't - and circumstances was piled up in such a way that Abhi has no other conclusion to come to that that when he finds out the truth which he did. This is their way of ensuring his mistaken belief rises up.

So all this means, is Akshu is now going to be doing some hard work.😆

I’m worried about Mataji. I feel she uses Abhi’s temper to her benefit sometimes and other times I just think I’m overthinking it. So I’m not sure. But I know she keeps secrets and I know the blinders on Abhi’s eyes will come off soon and he will be broken again. Papa Birla’s gyaan on blind trust will be appreciated then!

Akshara’s chase has started - she told him he was her everything- this is more than she’s ever let on. She’s not the kind to make lavish declarations but sometimes it’s important for the person on the other side to hear it. Going to love it.

HC was ofc beyond brilliant yesterday.

Akshara is not confrontational - she wasn’t prepared. But slow as she is, she did tell him everything. Not sure everything registered for Abhi though. As he rewinds and replays everything when he is calmer, hopefully he will register what she said.

It was a powerful episode I loved it!

1) Hit and run- NOT GUILTY (she did not see anyone was hit so she ran, so technically it’s not hit and run. There is no way ak would have left Manjari or anyone for that matter, even an animal, to die had she seen anyone injured. Ak may be flawed but she is not criminal)

2) Not checking accident site: GUILTY (she should have got down and checked. But I give her benefit of doubt as she had just been in accident, had injured her head and on top of that arohi was distracting her. Later, when she cooled down to think back logically, already Manjari missing drama had started so she was distracted once again) Anyways, this will be a lesson learnt for ak to always check the site in case of accident. It’s a mistake, an honest mistake, a big mistake on her part for which she is already repenting.

3) choosing ar over abhi: NOT GUILTY (the minute she got to know the truth, she ran to abhi and and confessed. In fact she was feeling so guilty that she couldn’t face him and confessed through a screen, which we all know again added to this whole mess)

4) cheating at Sangeet: NOT GUILTY, (it was just for fun, and honestly the makers simply added that whole scene just so harsh could bring out abhi’s insecurities before the PI revealed the accident video. People steal shoes during wedding function but that doesn’t mean they are thieves. This whole thing was blown out of proportion IMO.)

5) not being clear with her points during confrontation with abhi: GUILTY, BUT NOT HER FAULT. Abhi was literally breathing fire on her and it’s very natural for anyone to get confused and not know what to do or say when the person in front of you is that angry. Plus, whatever she said, abhi was in no state to listen and he didn’t register. So here, both made mistake. Again, not blaming abhi here (his reaction is justified) but just presenting Ak’s POV.

6) slow processing and delay in connecting the dots: GUILTY. She could not connect both accidents even when she saw abhi’s bike at same accident spot when they were searching for Manjari. This and her not apologizing to Manjari directly for accident are deliberate on the makers part just to add drama and I am soooo angry with them that they are showing ak in bad light just so they can buy time for IPL to end and add to mu. 😡😡😡


But I don’t think she is undeserving of abhi’s love. That girl has a golden heart and it’s full of love for abhi. Yes they both have to work on their insecurities and communications and built trust on each other but that will be their journey. They both are flawed but their imperfections make them perfect for each other. What they lack in them is completed by the other. Like ak’s calmness to abhi’s anger and abhi’s bold “no nonsense” attitude to Ak’s “I will tolerate pain for loved ones” attitude.

Anyways, I know a lot of people have different opinions than me about ak, so let’s just agree to disagree. And I mean it in a very respectful way 🤗

I think she will walk on the borderline as and when needed. She and Abhi are very close and we have yet to see what her truly feelings are for the girl her son is crazy in love for that he can gift her family property without a word to anyone.

Totally agree, Akshu is like gently spring sunlight whereas Abhi is fire. She is always a step behind because she does not think like him, her love is more broad and includes a lot of people. His only includes her and his mum (*). But this time, she is learning and slowly she will get bolder.

@ * - a man behaving like this in real life would be quite concerning because in essence he is looking to isolate you from your family and loved ones....but since this is not real, we can enjoy it and believe in his whole hearted passionate love for Akshu that only he should be the centre of her world.

He is the sun, she should revolve around him. So lovely but tiring in the long run which makes me think we are heading for more clashes after their marriage as well.😆 She has to sort his entire family and they are very heard work!

I'd rather they pack their backs and go to a remote place where Abhi will get his wish and Akshu can spend all day singing whatever she likes.
