A part of me keeps thinking that Manjari knows something about the real culprits of the accident -- let's see!

Akshu deserved it. She needed to hear it. This is Abhi in the raw. Someone needed to shake Akshu to her senses. High time.
He will question himself too, why didn’t he pursue and ask her what triggered her severe attack - so severe she had to be injected meds. He is a doc, getting to the bottom of his patient’s trigger should have been his top priority and he did not. Today again, he did not register when Akshu said Arohi popped pills. His ears should have perked up.

I don't have any hopes from Manjari actually having heard Mahima, but if she did, that will be amazing. I feel that Mahima might not be exposed so easily... if she does, it will be after the letter is found (most likely by Neil), and the brother piece together who heard Akshu.

Akshu won't do anything stupid! She is going to fight for Abhi this time + she won't give up hope.

Quite frankly during that time there were a lot of things that should have triggered Akshara. Abhi put her through some tough times back then.
