I know a couple of pages of this DT ago, I said that I didn't think a reboot was going to happen or that it was a good idea. I don't want to keep speculating on whether it will or will not happen - but I also can't help it because this show has taken over my life.

But... after thinking about it I think if they wrap up some loose ends and have Arylie's confession over the next 2-3 weeks, a reboot that maintains the essence of Imlie and ASR's characters with a fresh story that is completely focused on them could be very fun! Due to other restrictions of characters and previous plots (mainly T's and AKT, and the fact that they had previously been trying to follow the regional show that it was a remake of), I feel like they didn't get the freedom to fully explore the Arylie equation and butchered certain things to make things fit - like ASR's badla and the forced marriage track. FK and ST are fantastic actors, if they're given a good story to portray I'm sure they would crush a reboot.

Again, I don't know if it's going to happen but I think I'll be happy either way.

• badi ma and baby doll conspire against imlie and the rathores to get the property/businesses
• they bring the story back to imlie's career and moving forward in journalism, the other interns/colleagues continue to get in her way because they believe she's a product of nepotism now that she's married to their boss
• meethi/imlie patch up, aryan feeling doubly guilty when he finds out how right he is about imlie having been forced to marry him
• a few months from now a wedding redo with everyone happy about the wedding
• any number of new entries into the show
• competition for aryan's businesses/his choices about bhaskar times, does he actually help pull it out of debt? he clearly cared enough to yell to Mr. Sharma about the statistics numbers for the board meeting that's supposed to be on Friday which in canon is like, tomorrow? the day after?
• fixing arvind's reputation and the actual grieving by his family, a shraddha ceremony anniversary
• malini returns because her kid's dad is gone and so are her in-laws
• similarly anu leaves jail because she was only in there for six months

i could go on and on

I loved today's episode, the pain, the loss ..the save the hug..I actually thought there will be a kiss or atleast an attempted one and then a monologue, what are you doing Aryan..But guess guilt got the better of him..Apologies and handshakes..done well..AKT leaving with family and not sure how they figured where these two are, but the actual R family, whose son and DIL are kinda kidnapped are no where to be found..

The path forward is good am looking forward to it. Aryan dropping his udhaars and speaking his heart out well done..

narmita will be in the next ep and they were around for a lot of the last few eps, and rajshri had to go film for the other show for flashbacks

@bold: This should be the center of the show moving forward. Having family/villain drama is always going to happen in a serial but the more time that is focused on this - the less Imlie progresses towards her goals. I think a nice way to move this forward could be that she gets an award for her reporting on the Arvind/Purandas story and we get to see what challenges she faces after this career progression.

The first 15 mins of the show were like a complete bollywood movie... ❤️❤️❤️
