The best thing about KGF is, it is from Kannada movie industry. The industry was never in the main stream until the release of KGF 1. Telugu and Tamil industries occasionally made high budget pan India movies before Bahubali but their market got wider with Bahubali.

The success of these movies will give confidence to regional film makers to make movies eyeing Indian and International Market and if the quality of the movie is good it will collect money. These trend not only shattered the supremacy of Bollywood industry but it questions the undue importance of stars as all these movies worked because the making was appealing.

And the most wonderful thing about this movie is it does not have big names like NTR Jr, Ram Charan, Ally Arjun, Prabhas or Mahesh Babu. Yeah is a son of a bus driver and he started his career in Kannada serials. Another surprise is the movie is edited by a 19 year old boy Ujwal Kulkarni. Hats off!
