Twitter kids passion is on another level. 😂 Yesterday I saw someone's tweet that if Akshara getting a music therapy department is nepotism then Aarohi getting a job in Birla hospital is nepotism too. 🤪🤣 Papa Birla gave Aarohi the job because he wanted her to be Birla bahu, not because she has done MBBS and is a state topper. 😳
