Now let me rant. Virat's delayed reaction to touch from other woman, especially those who have clearly expressed their love to him is getting on my nerves. No, P's antics won't affect Sai directly. Rajiv Shivani track and P's inclusion ( it can only be to reveal it to the family) is a potential wakeup call for V.
For V to understand Sai's perspective and insecurity, it is necessary for him to gauge P's true intentions. This can have an impact in Sai's absence. P is that cunning lady who hides behind Sai's loud mouth. This has happened in every track and that lady has got away.
There has to be some breaking point for Sai to leave V ( that might also be after confession).
Kidnapping was Sai's wake up call. There has to be something for V too. Otherwise the already butchered character will have no space for himself. Sai's involvement in Rajiv Shivani case has only added to his anger. For him to grow his spine back, he needs to be left alone. For the first time ever I want everyone to gang up against Sai and throw her out. Let V come around after spilling the milk( almost like the way it happened during Devkit wedding. Of course I don't want V to be the one throwing her out this time. He won't. But situations lead to it. Sai confesses and leaves. That's it.)
