Just finished watching today's episode. Yaar yeh hospital mein pre wedding photoshoot kaun karta hai woh bhi designer clothes pehen ke. 🤯 Birla hospital has officially turned Goenkas personal property now. I won't be surprised if Goenkas ask Abhira to get married in Birla hospital itself. 😂
