Yes except for this dialogue, the whole conversation was good. Much better episode of SaiRat in past few weeks.

But ye aise bakwas daalke saara dhyan uspe chala jaata hai 👎🏼

... Which is why I am only focusing on the positives and not reading much into what happened in that dialogue.

That statement is equally not ok though. Sai saying - ok slap me does not mean that if he takes her up on it and manhandles her in future it'll be ok because Sai herself said its ok. Even if we go with the pov that Sai is normalizing abuse here and not saying it as a dare- and is losing her self respect- that is still not justification for V to disrespect her.

Isnt that Samrat's line to Paki? On that Pooja day when Virat locked Sai in the room.

Sam Dada was sceaming to Paki Didi - Virat tumara problem hain? Sai tumari problem hain? Ya hum donon tumari problem hain? Mujhe iska jawab Chahiye Hi Chahiye... 😆

Paki's Sammmrraaaatttt!!!!!!!🤣

From Ayesha's Sbs IV today: Sai did a course in Physiotherapy and she finished her one year in MBBS 🤪 See we viewers are not the only ones confused with time lines - even the cast are clueless🤣

Ok thats how you felt. I didnt feel that way. I didn't see it as acceptance - thats why I wasn't as affected by it. Having said that , the dialogues could definitely have been better. Because in the overall conversation, I felt Sai didnt back off from making her points. All of her points were valid. V was too egotistical to listen and register it but Sai was clear and she also gave examples of how her instinct/inuition/pov has proven correct in the past. And how her "interference" ended up in doing good which he couldn't do for his own family in all these years.

True but the point here was thats how in family things are normalised right? When a character like Sai says it to the man who she loves & in return wants his love, it's being normalised for generations..Just in other show they are showing how women were subdued to an extent that every woman has lost their voice when it comes to violence against them and now think it's for their own good..

It's not about Virat doing it is right or wrong ..it's about Sai in her head justifying it like how she is fine using lock kar dijiyega mujhe and al that...do they know how it feels to be locked up by your husband who is angry with you..they show her running away once and now they show her joking about it ..

I don't think Sai is justifying it.

I do think that she is recognizing that V is capable of losing control but she focuses right now due to circumstances on only his positives, his hurt/pain amd wants to placate him. But that does not mean she is justifying him being violent or locking her. She will retaliate if he does anything wrong just like she has before. Shes not going to bow down an accept it.
