i came across comments in this thread which use to be there when sakshi enter before ten years. roshini had typical boring love at first sight story and less screenspace, riya was just like team whereas sakshi was friend who shared good bond, loved by team and cared by samjun and arjun shared his feeling for team with her. Her story was different but not developed properly. No one makes fuss when riya comes with short tight dress to prove arjun wrong in honour killing case but is any girl need rocket science to learn that she can't climb high terrace wall other than she want to display.. then why sakshi's dresses problem? if sakshi come to arjun cabin to check for him and say i believe you then she is nosy/poky but riya search for arjun past then no problem. read some comment where they don't have any concern with team also. Good that members turned into arakshi writers and gave beautiful arakshi stories.

But now onwards not visiting to this thread

I can only speak for this thread here. Other threads on the forum, I cannot comment.

With regard to Sakshi bashing, like Neha mentioned, there is no hate here (atleast not in this thread). The problem highlighted was the character arc which did not grow.

Example:

Refer Page 31.

A wonderful actor not getting a proper role definition. That was a problem with ALL characters except Arjun and may be Riya (because she got a proper, infact a heroic exit). It was a problem with the writing. If the live session is anything to go by, imagine how good the character arc would have been with Sakshi's character.

Besides, there will always be people who will like one character over the other.

The love for the character of Sakshi is evident with the wonderful stories that have come through and kudos to the Arakshi writers who have more often than not kept both Riya and Sakshi alive positively.

With regard to styling, i have said this before, may be other than Shaleen Malhotra and Behzad Khan, none had a good stylist. The actors were inherently good looking and hence could carry off anything given to them.

10 years later too fans get salty when pointed out enough issues with sak character. Just like it was during show on air.🤪

Liza never wore bangles or cracked jokes during serious time. Riya ka short dress was a one time thing and it was always established she's too weak incompetent to be in ETF. And it's funny that it's again riya vs sakshi when if someone went through the replies properly, especially mine who was a hater of sak character and over the years liked the possibility of her role, there was no bashing lmao. Always a wistfulness that she could have been better but by that time the show sucked and her role just like others was botched

But anyways it must be nice being their own little bubble and seeing things as they feel like. 🤪

I don't know. I guess the problem is of non-acceptance of the other.

In the process of being loyal to or liking one, belittling the other. This is not limited to one forum, one topic alone.

Like if I like Person A, it is assumed I dislike Person B or I should dislike Person B.

Makes us wonder have we really grown as an audience?

Audience are always like this. We used to watch those dd shows cause those are the kind of shows those days. Ab are bakwas, any faltoo show is marketed as "switch off your brain and watch" stuff. Desi and international audience both.

Regarding belittling- you can be like "I watched rrr, alia acted bad looked bad." It's your opinion. It's not belittling the actress or the people who like her. Depends upon other party how they take it.

Being a Rosh fan.. I couldn't connect with Sakshi.. only Shree (Armageddon's) story made me like her character in her story because it was very well written. Wasted potential on the show TBH, I never watched any of those episodes again😆
