HR's composition is pleasant, though the beats are perhaps a little more peppy than the lyrics would justify. The arrangement is the typical set of instruments that we have seen in this last year in all his songs. He probably needs to do something different now to break the monotony.

In my view, Arunita gets an 8 or 9 out of 10 because this song doesn't really test her abilities. HR gets a 6 or 7.

HR needs to break his monotony. It's really boring to hear same tunes again and again. I just heard it for Arunitha but didn't like it. Arunitha did her job nicely but iam not greatly impressed by overall song. Couldn't really feel like listening full song also.

Anyway I still have to appreciate HR for giving these young talent opportunities. This is better than not having any probably. All the best to Arunitha. Hope it does well.

Agreed. All work adds to the portfolio so that way it is fine.

My guess is that most of these songs have been recorded during the pandemic when it was not possible to have many musicians and that is why the instrumentation / arrangement is similar. Before release it is only a lip sync video which is quite clear from the videos.

I really hope when HR does music for a movie next, he will give opportunity to some of them.

I hope so too.

The only problem is that these days the music director has even lesser say than it used to be earlier. Now it is the producers and the stars who decide.

Heard both Danish and Arunita's songs today..loved both..

This is much much better than HR's other recent compositions..the flow is smooth, music is soft. So Aru's voice is the highlight, it doesn't get drowned in the loud music. And her voice is so powerful !

Danish..liked the composition..his singing and acting both r nice..pitch also lower than his usual😊

Everyone knows I am a huge fan of Arunita’s voice & singing.

About a week ago I attended II Top 4 concert in Long Beach, CA. WHAT A DISSAPPOINTMENT. PA system was horrible as well as sound engineer who had drums & bass guitar so loud 🤬 music was way louder than singing for most.

Firstly huge disappointment with Arunita’s choice of song & presentation. May be she wasn’t feeling well or tired. Not sure. I went just to see her sing. Bought my tickets in November 2021 though COVID variant didn’t promise they would be in CA.

Sayli Kamle started the concert with her peppy songs to get audience into it. She was ok & did her best. Dressed nice Indian long gown.

Pawandeep Rajan was the savior of this concert 👍👏🙏 thank god. Sang well, good song selection & played many instruments 😍👏👏 He was my 2 nd choice for the winner along with Sayli Kamle 😊

the worst,horrible singer of the night was Mohd Danish. Yelled so much, I could see his Tonsils from 14 th row center.
Only decent thing about his performance was his shayaris & bit of Sargams. I think he thinks he is a rockstar & he needs to sing loud as these days singing in higher octave & loud considered to be a better singers 😳🙄🤬 it was torturing to my ears. Most crowd was seniors 60 & abv who probably couldn’t take all that yelling.

Fault lies with the Long Beach terrace auditorium PA SYSTEM or the promoters for hiring shitty PA SYSTEM & sound engineer 👎👎👎👎🤮

I wish Nihal or Asish or even SMP would have been a better choice instead of Danish. Seriously.

Not sure this post belongs here or somewhere else but I have posted same regarding Arunita’s song selection & performance on her IG page.

Never again I will spend money to watch shitty concert. General public’s opinion on 3-27-22 concert.

Interesting! I attended the same concert. Other then the sound system being a let down and having to close my ears when Danish sang, I felt otherwise. Aru's performance was the only one I was totally immersed in and enjoyed completely. My reviews of the LA concert:
