Simon... lol I'll forgive a TV character a lot if they're such grade A eye candy. Was the same with Abhimanyu in the beginning😆

And Simon was such a sad character in a way if you look at his backstory.

Anthony is a jackass and he knows it. Even Simon was. Both didn't try to pretend like they are morally superior and knows better. They just fell in love and became better people.

Yep. It wasn't clear to me why Kate fell for him. I think she was physically attracted to him and fell for his honesty later on. I mean during the poetry reading and stuff.

I think they elevated the show (bold). And so did Benedict's arc although it was not typical of how that type of arc goes. They could've done a LOT more with Kate and Anthony though while still keeping the pretty pretty 🤣 I haven't read the books so I don't know if they were going along with the basic plot or not.

Apparently Kate and Anthony story in the book was much better than what they did in the series.

Maybe I'll give the books a try.
