Good morning Padma. Have a restful day. ❤️Hello Rainbow Friends😊
With no body to take care of, trying to survive with whatever little help getting from husband and maid. Also started cooking slowly, what to do no option. Morning breakfast a big issue, son eats outside while coming from gym, me can't eat on regular basis so preparing myself, such as idli. Who will feed? Yes not straining myself.
Congratulations Suta, I can imagine you to be a compassionate and loving doctor. I saw the same recently. The doctor who did surgery upon me is excellent in all aspects. I really wish and pray you to become one.
Tulsi you inspire me. Reading your posts give me confidence and energy. God will always protect you.
Good Night all🤗
I can understand your plight, Padma. Only at such moments will the family recognise the significance of our presence in their lives! Another crucial point to remember is that if this is not possible, one must adjust by eating cornflakes or bread for breakfast; there are ready-made chapatis and parathas that can simply be placed on Tava and eaten.
We have to fight to survive both emotionally and physically, especially when such surgeries occur. Most essential, we know how to adapt and navigate through challenging conditions.
I'm telling you this from experience, and it's also a warning: never lift weights for 6 weeks, don't bend, don't stand for too long, and in between, sit for a while and then walk.
I am sure , you are brave enough to adjust to the situation. Take good care of yourself. 🤗
