They are subtly referencing to china and the pandemic but I don't see how she is anywhere close to chinese in appearance..

He leaves.. He starts turning vengeful in the latter episodes of this season.. And then Dean scolds him for turning into a ghost.. And they finally burn his remains and his soul vanishes.

Later on Sam put his soul in heaven through a trial and in many such ways and flashbacks we meet bobby .. But he is definitely dead.. All the other time we met him was his ghost or him in heaven or through flashbacks.
