Just like how we all stopped caring for Afghanistan. I just read that Taliban went back on their word and stopped female education.

Those of us living abroad are being forced to care though. For instance, a flight ticket to India is selling @$3000 a piece. 😵

By 'we' did you mean the forum? Cz the US is helping Ukraine, right?

And neighbors are accepting refugees

& Afganistan is 100% Biden's doing...

Everyone is moving on gradually. Help isn't enough though. Germany is taking only 2.5 thousands refugees. And most anti-russian leader Boris Johnson was snubbed at NATO summit 😆

Really not sure we can blame the entire cost of living crisis on this war tbh. Some of it will be airlines making up for pandemic losses. Also, India imports less than 1% of oil from Russia. A lot of countries/industries are using Russia as a scapegoat.

Unrelated but yeah inflation is real. Even the simple grocery shopping costs 100 bucks these days.

And $3000 for summer vacation time? that’s insane. That means that if I want to go in near future, 12k just for tickets and rest for other expenses.
