Your frustration is definitely relevant. Whenever I think of any actor of this show in these terms - be it ML, FL , PL or the sideys - I keep going back to what Neil said in an interview.
He said he just looks at the dialogues for that day to enact, he doesn't know or even try to know what happens to the other characters parallely. So basically my understanding is - he performs each day as a stand alone act, he doesn't know the full picture or how his performance affects the show in the large scheme of things.
If this is the attitude of ML to this show , what more can you expect from others ? I feel none of these actors care about how their show is perceived by the audience. For them, its just a job to do everyday, they seem to have no emotional investment to it.
Sideys I can understand but ML having zero attachment to his show is a big red flag!😕 This is not a 9 to 5 job , this is creative and artistic work. I don't think he gets it.
The only exception is Ayesha, who seems to have got a grip on her role with respect to other characters and she is pretty much clear in her head about the Big Picture.
Neil that started this project is definitely lost!

Apart from Ayesha, Kishori ji and Shailesh ji I don’t see anyone else putting efforts in ‘acting’. Jeet when is there is good, Sheetals Screen presence is also pretty good her expressions are nice! even Mridul ji, Mitali, Yash are at least in their character always. Rest of them are literally there for time pass Matlab full on time pass.
I can’t believe that the ML doesn’t know overall graph I am sure he knows it may be not every scene but some time it’s hard to believe what he says in IV. I remember the old IVs where Ayesha asked Neil should I tell them what’s next and he said no….the issue is she learnt it so well and Ayesha has been so good with words and character understanding! But the ML lost it completely. Feels like no one is interested in their work. Taking the second spot for granted.
When you reach certain place you have to respect the Audience and actually work harder in each scene since your responsibility actually increases. However here they are taking everything for granted. If it’s my profession I would do everything to keep doing better no matter the stage I reach.

It starts on good followed by comedy and then heavy doze of toxicity. Ghum can never function without toxicity and negativity for long. 1week itself is too long for them. They might already be feeling unwell with that.
Sai looks drunk in precap, so Pakhi atleast won one round. Sai should follow them and lock herself up with Virat in their room and come out when Virat sober up.
Virat even when intoxicated has no problem with bhabhi being friend and being touched by her. I thought his true feelings for her will surface, but looks like he thinks if her as friend even now after all this.
So I do want Pakhi to win and throw Sai out during Holi again. Now Sai can't keep another press conference to show bad sasural right. After a point even her neighbors will be like stop your drama girl.

Oh that was the BTS interview about the whole curtain wall in their bedroom. That was the episode where Sai broke down as Virat was treating her like shit and even shouted at her. But Neil was describing it as some Tom and Jerry nok jhok . The guy has no clue what Sai's character was going through at that pointHe was out of the loop and that interview was so weird . His expression looked as if someone forced him to stand next to Ayesha I am done with this guy! Why even talk about a lot cause !🤔
