I think Ram already knows that.. bcz when Ram gave neeraj his job back in his monologue he said "ek din tumhe samjh aa jayga Priya ki mujhe sab pata chal jata hai tab tum mujhe bate chupaogi nhi balki mere pass madat mange aaogi."

So I think adi must have explained to him in person later.
