But yes Vankar did say for another question that Virat chose friendship over his uniform. I have been trying to say this in my reviews too! He chose to be a human than a Police at that moment. When he consciously chose to put his job aside and prepared to lose it for the vada, then what is the point in talking about legalities?
Is being human important than respecting your job or vice-versa? who is to decide? It is the conundrum where chosing one thing over the other cannot make the person any less.
Vankar chose to show Virat as humanitarian but could not bring it properly to covince the audience. It is lost somewhere amidst bland writing.
My 2 cents.
You're right. They failed to convince the audience by showing Virat as a great human who chose friendship over his duty.

Vankar said such nice things about Neil. Also he gave the same reason when there are no promotions and reels. They are busy. Neil barely does any reels . Only couple of them with his wife because they both are together after shoot as well. It is as simple as that.

because when I rewatched todays episode, sai did say she will color happiness on virat’s and Aais faces. So she will succeed and the only way is through confession.
it also serves another purpose of driving pakhi crazy jealous and push her to plan fake pregnancy.
