What will this OTT platform have exactly? Cant make head or tail of this

Indian market is still growing. He will get some subscribers I believe. If remaked well, they will get hype.

Content is the king.. let’s see...

But still it is really hard for new OTT to sustain... Netflix and Amazon are not doing great in Indian market, if I am not wrong. Only OTT who has cricket linked are doing good like hot star and top OTT in India is MX player (not sure how it got the highest viewership). SonyLIV when it got cricket matches. So one way to get viewer ship is get IPL on his OTT for that he has to outsmart Hotstar and SonyLIV who are strong contenders.

He can have KKR content on his platform. May be he isn’t aiming for market leader position rather small OTT platform like Balaji or sth. Let's see how this shapes up. Or this can simply be rich man tax evasion tactics.

This can be one of the reason.. money laundry and tax evasion, can easily done by this...

Smart, instead of coming on any OTT film or series, why not to launch one. He is investing in future tech.

I will Download and subscribe,,,,,,, but then what about that Hotstar thing, did that collaboration cancelled ?
