Akshu forces Aarohi to open the gift that Abhi gave her and its an exclusive medical textbook that Aarohi wanted. Abhi, despite knowing Aarohi’s true intentions, is still fulfilling his responsibilities towards her. That is the type of man he is. He wants all of Akshu’s family members happy, because that will make Akshu happy.

Aarohi narrates what Abhi said to her to Akshu attempting to victimize herself and manipulate Akshu, but Akshu does not fall for it this time. She tells Aarohi that she is likely taking it the wrong way… she thinks that one of them overreacted. Such huge character development. Abhi and her family are equals now. She trusts Abhi did not do anything to intentionally hurt Aarohi… she knows him so well.

Akshu saying kuch kuch ho raha hai and getting so excited to pick a saree was too cute!! On the other side, Abhi was equally happy getting ready… these scenes in parallel were adorable. They see each other every day, but still get butterflies for this date!

Abhi brought cotton candy to apologize to Manjari and express his happiness, and Harsh took it from her saying its unhealthy but then ate it himself. This was so symbolic… he wants the love from Abhi that Manjari has. The elders except Manjari are not excited about the shaadi, saying that Manjari can pass out the invites on her own. Anand scolds Parth for helping out, but he fights back. Already, Akshu is changing the dynamics. Parth is no longer weak and he is gaining strength. But, as a result, Anand and Mahima are turning against Abhira slightly. This shift in sentiments is going to continue with the Anisha equation too.

Neil keeps on eating the kachoris, saying that he will make Akshu cook for him all day, but Abhi says he won’t let her go into the kitchen. This was so cute and foreshadowed how the brothers will pamper Akshu when she comes into the Birla household!

The Goenkas have decided to invite all of their family members to the shaadi… the dinner table scene was mostly filler other than that.

Akshu comes down looking beautiful for the pooja and tries to rush, confusing Mimi and Swarna. Abhi comes and Aarohi tells him that Akshu is in the pooja and even sends him proof so he leaves. He is grumpy sitting on the steps of Birla household when Neil tells him there is an urgent surgery. Abhi again thinks that Akshu has chosen family and everyone else over him…..

But, he gets to the hospital and Akshu is waiting for him. Again, Akshu is showing that Abhi is just as important to her as her family… and the pooja was for their shaadi too…so in a way, she chose Abhi both times. Abhi is going to slowly start to see that Akshu’s love language is different than his and vice versa… they are developing a deeper understanding of each other through this track…

Akshu has made up for being late and she says that even though he only has 10 minutes, they fell in love in 1 second so 10 minutes is more than enough…flashback to when they first met…. This meant the world to Abhi because it reaffirms that she has been all in since day one too…

Kairav comes in a taxi and drives 2 inches and leaves… and Vansh has set up a movie night and is also leaving….

Akshu has planned a surprise for Abhi!! Cannot wait to see what the movie is tomorrow… I think it will be a compilation of all their moments thus far and Akshu will express her love in words to him because she now knows that is extremely important to him….

Again, this will ease some of his insecurities… as for Akshu, Abhi is everything now….

ALSO… again, Aarohi tried to create misunderstandings between Abhira, and again she failed. The tilak foreshadowing continues….each time she tries to separate them, they will grow stronger! This time, Akshu will express her deepest feelings… she does not know that Abhira are inseparable and thus all her plans will fail

Precap has the Goenka family leaving without Akshu and Akshu getting caught by goons on the way to the mandir… Abhi comes and slaps them and they are both running away together… meanwhile families are waiting for them…

THIS IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PARALLEL to the first Ganesh pooja!! Abhi saved Akshu and brought her to the pooja then, and he is doing the same this time…except again, this time they are united and together…

Pooja, As beautiful as ever - covering everything.

I noticed how Parth stood up to his parents today and how Abhi couldn't care less about the arguments and disgruntlements around the upcoming events and wedding. His character has been kept very consistent that way and I like it. Very unlike Akshara, he doesn't care. Usko sirf Akshu se shaadi karni hain, buss. She wanted both sides of the family so he went into the effort of convincing everyone. Now they are on board and he doesn't give a hoot if they are reluctant or non-pariticipative. Who is invited, who is not invited - it just doesn't matter. Or rather - he is not going to get tense or break his head about it.

As for the movie date - you are right. She probably planned a pic compilation. Actually, I would very much love it if she went into the effort of clubbing pictures - her as a child beside the pic of him as a child...then teenagers / pre-teens, then adults and then pics of them actually together. Would be great to watch Abhi's expressions as he watches those slides. Let's see.
