But from what I interpreted

Emon was shown more mature, her body language did not feel like a college going girl and Emon-Rono relationship had a lot of calm .. as in their conversations are almost in their rooms, not ZA drama type.

Whereas Sai is more childish, jumps, screams, shouts etc. a lot of V-Sai conversations are in full public with a chance for everyone to jut in (especially Pakhi). The mannerisms and body language also makes their age difference more obvious and visible.

Is it deliberate?

Actually over here up until ousting drama SaiRat is more raw and organic than original KD..

The particular scene when Sai gets down to Wearing Saari to go ladakh rono had monologues about Emon's beauty but over here Virat just looked besotted by Sai...it looked more real than original KD .i mean why need monologues to admire your own wife..

You see its the director vision how he wants to present a character.. Jaffar has brought both sassines and a child from Sai... Virat was grey and intense as per jaffar's vision..

I personally like Sai then Emon up until pregnancy track.. I absolutely loved Emon in pregnancy track..

Emon was more wild and badtamiz than Sai.. Ayesha perfectly suited for playing a 18/19 teen.. Where as Emon also used jump but it looked misfit for madhumita..She is a pretty lady but misfit to play 18 years old.. That's why when her character grew I loved her that phase.. Though Emon was more sultry.. Whereas Sai was more sultry in GC only and up until holi drama..

I don't know whether it's deliberate or not.. Sometimes it feels like real life dynamics affecting the show big time.. Then again team is super lazy. .that jeeva shiva blooper was second hand embarrassment by both actor and who executed the scene..They don't do any home work before writing the script.. They just don't bother to do better.. Just stuck on number 2 now sounds utter nonsense 🤢

By the way....

Madhumita is so beautiful

Even in the basic sarees and simple makeup she looks gorgeous.

Vaise, in some getups Pakhi looks beautiful too... my fav look of her is the one in pink saree.. Sai's second accident one.

I dont think Sai is more childish than Emon. I think Emon was more brash but Chavannis of KD were actually more mild and eventually more familial compared to Ghkkpm. Infact i think Sai is a lot more emotional, perceptive and forgiving than Emon.

But Rono-Emon had more passion, more intimacy than Sairat.

They cut a lot of scenes of KD or diluted it in Ghkkpm.

When V returns after his accident, Sai rubbing his head and giving him a massage was a long intimate scene in KD. She is literally lying near him, spooning him almost and very intimately fingering his hair and massaging his head.

In KD during anniversary hotel thing, instead of lizard they had a scary story of bhooth but they made Emon literally cuddle with Rono and sleep in his arms.

In ghkkpm we only got a few platonic hugs and a forehead kiss and a cheek kiss once when Sai was asleep and the other scenes of head massage and holding hand to sleep after getting scared lacked the same intimacy that KD brought.

By the time Shruti happened in KD, emon rono had confessed and consummated their marriage which was also shown. They were very intimate so their fights about Shruti were full of raw passion. Plus because of their intimacy you actually do feel for Rono because Emon doubted his fidelity despite them being in a conjugal relationship. Not that Emon was fully wrong because he did keep things and lie and do a lot of unecessary things but their relationship was deeper, more intimate.

Here Sai doesn't even have confirmation if V's feelings for her are actually love or not....she hopes so. But she doesn't know.

Sai is a much better version of Emon imo.

Exactly...

V nails that expression... For me the alta kaand yellow saree one is better. V is completely angry at her and the moment he sees her, he loses it.

Wonderfully done by Neil.

By deliberate, I didnt mean the offscreen dynamics.

I meant Emon looks mature for a 19 year old whereas Sai looks more like a college going girl.

It might be cultural influence too but I like Sai as a young girl more than Emon.

Maybe after leap they will mellow Sai down in terms of mannerisms etc.

Speaking of directors, are some of them leaving?

She's already mellowed down. Ayesha has perfectly ahown her growth as Sai in terms of het brashness, words, actions. Ayesha looks like a college going girl whos been forced to mature quicker. Emon looked older but she was amazing in the latter half of KD as the wife who was just done with her husband constantly prioritizing other women over her repeatedly. Her pain and angst is palpable despite language barriers. The part where she sees him hug RK and eventually just leaves with her baby and lies to him that shes out of love and has had enough is heart wrenching. She gives attitude to him but breaks down when he leaves.

My 2 cents. Hindi ITV serials make marital bond so pure that even focusing on attraction is blasphemous before confession. In the process of protecting the purity the chemistry falls flat! It doesn’t apppear natural. And when you have comparison with its Bengali counterpart which doesn’t shy to show the rawness, we get more disappointed. I find rono and emon fights very passionate, often crossing boundaries. The only fight that was passionate between sairat was post Ladakh fight! After that it always appeared as fight between two Friends or family members. Because they suppressed the attraction factor, jealousy factor so much to make them pure and mahan.

Even now I think they will show confession of sorts and wait for few more weeks for consummation which might look utterly silly knowing where virat stands. Even sai! But ITV is like that… very incompetent in capturing raw emotions

Dont remember. Its in the end of KD. Post sam desth when Ronondecides to take care of RK. She sees them hugging on the street. And Rono tries to flatter her and sweet talk her into accepting him crossing lines with pp but Emon has had enough. She forbids him from touching her and asks him to just live with RK and marry her. And she leaves with her baby. After that they show leap and show ends with RK reuniting Rono Emon. But she initially misleads everyone into believing that its her/rono getting married.

Yes horrible director Aswini is leaving but the best one Jaffar left after that show actually didn't see any growth.. It stuck on number two..

I like Sai over Emon..

Emon was more sultry and generous young lady whereas Sai is more innocent like a morning dew

Rono and Emon were more passionate.. The same level of passion was here up until ousting drama.. GC track was so beautiful than original KD..I liked how both Sai and Virat used flirt with each other..

Rono helping RK recover is utterly ridiculous. She still has her family and at that point sending her away from that hell hole of CN would have been correct option!!

But we should be prepared for the cringe because pakhi is 3rd angle
