Like @Ritika said, Vedika is not even in Ram's subconscious. There is absolutely no logic why this is dragging.

V wanted Pri to spot her with the kangan and doubt Ram; today Pri saw the saree whereas Ram was trying to hide the message. maybe V succeeds this one time.

Let us see how it pans out tomorrow and then we can be more clear of this worthless track.

This all dragging is happening so that Ram will conciously choose priya over nandini. He has been doing that but subconsciously this time he will say NO to Nandini first time ever.

So from Ram's point of view it makes sense that some one goes with her and get her settled. We know that she is lieing ram doesn't. He is being humanly only.

So I have this theory that this entire Kapoor industries belonged to Ram's maternal grandfather and Ram's mother was the only child. And Ram's father must have been a loyal employ to his company or maybe even a good mentee as well. So his grandfather got his parents married but made a will that the entire empire can only be transferred to someone who will come from his bloodline only ( his daughter, ram, Ram's kids). And virendra while handling the business only got a fixed salary throughout, which will explain all the expensive habits and spoiled behaviour but limited funds in Ram's hands. After Ram's grandfather died his parents changed the name of the company.

Nandini married virendra thinking that he is the CEO but later got to know that everything belongs only to ram. so if ever anything happens to ram she and her kids will not gain a single penny and entire business will go to the trustees. And hence started her manipulation on ram. This will explain why she doesn't ram to have a family and keeps on saying that they need ram if they want a luxurious lifestyle. Bcz if Ram ever have kids all the business and money will automatically be transferred to them and shivi/shubhu will never have any control over Ram's money.

@bold: the problem with this part is, Ram doesnt know & is oblivious to this. From the time Vedika got to know Ram loves Priya (accident kaand) she is careful to flaunt, in fact manufacture, her closeness to him in front of Priya/Akki only when Ram himself is not around.

He thinks she loves Shashi. In his mind, he thinks they have both moved on & their ex relationship is old stale irrelevant news.

Of course, even if Vedika did not do all this, just the fact of the ex living under same roof for days requires Ram to tell Priya as it is morally dodgy.

Manali - Vedika - unrelated to puja so not needed same day - has just been sprung upon her so need to gv time to accept - can go 2-3 dsys later?
