Kinjal ko chakkar anupama ke birthday mein hi kyon aaya. Ussse pehle kyon nahi chakkar aaya.

Do they did this intentionally to involve anupama

I think in shah house kavya is her source that she tells everything to her

Shayad Rakhi ko pata nahi chala kyunki Kinjal ne home test bathroom mei liya tha. Waha Rakhi ke sources nahi hai.

Kinjal ko Anupamaa ke birthday pe chakkar aaya kyunki sab log khana nahi kha rahe they. Timepass kar rahe they. So since khana nahi aaya, chakkar aa gaya

They are intimating that Kinju's pregnancy might have complications. So miscarriage (in case They are not ready to make Nidhi aka Kinju play a mother ckt), ya phir complications bhad jaaye aur C section karna pada toh it would make Anu stay there in Shah house more right?
