I second everything u said I too don't really care abt d endgame I want Adi to live in peace. Coming 2 ASR he's d most toxic obnoxious misogynist who is given d tag of messiah or Anuj in Imlie's life nd I seriously don't know wat kind of ppl these asr nd Arylie stans r that they don't find anything wrong in manhandling all they care is jaaniya nd hyperventilating hormone pleasing hot chem. Earlier these stans were behind Gashmeer now it's Manasvi's turn nd d irony is acc to thrm asr is just a victim of circumstances whereas Adi is d incorrigible one when in reality he's d most affected nd genuine one despite being flawed . Y such selective feminism. I completely blame it on d makers nd shoddy writing. God give brains to ppl who promote Arylie as celestial couple nd waiting for the epiphany of love . I have never seen a nonsensical char immersed in misogyny and toxicity like Udaarwala nd d actor playing is so stagnant in terms of acting growth. Manasvi could do wat he couldn't do in 100 epis without any bgm slow motion nd close ups. D show's trp will inc if they steer focus bck on og leads Adilie nd not Arylie no audience can digest it. On nd off everything related to Arylie look so ott nd forced while I'm really liking d soft spoken on nd offscreen dynamics of Adilie. SuMeer is unmatchable but if given a chance I strongly believe Sumbul and Manasvi can create a better chem than Sumbul and Fahmaan.
Okay the Anuj comparison is just 🤣. ASR is not even equal to Anuj's pinky finger.😛 Neither is Imlie Anupamaa, like you said.
Yes, Adi is the biggest victim of circumstances, not to forget he's an actual victim of RAPE. Which is a fact that always gets brushed under the carpet. This just goes to show that there is an unfortunate tendency in our society to neglect the idea that men can also be victims, they can also suffer. Not just suffer from a 'sad' past like ASR, but suffer...from injustice. Suffer internally for wanting to do the right thing but not being able to. Not matching up to ones ideals. Isn't that what makes AKT's character so relatable? But men who openly suffer are quickly labelled weak, or called wimps in our society. I think no one actually really cares for mens' sufferings, men are expected to silently endure it and not make a fuss about it.
Yeah Fahmaan Khan's performance as AKT is so one-note isn't it. He always gives the same standard expressions.😆 Manasvi actually manages to emote through his eyes, and his dialogue delivery is great. He also looks clean and well presented.😆 I'm sure Sumbul and Manasvi can create a crackling chemistry if given half a chance.😆 Their scenes so far have been soothing.👍🏼
