It seems like both Ram and Priya are competing on who hides the most information and lies🤣 Priya has hidden the most dangerous lie and it would take Ram some effort to match up with that. But Ram is definitely trying, starting with small lies and stepping up each time. Starting with spending time with his ex on the road(harmless to begin with), then walking with her to her bedroom closing door behind ( no bad intentions from Ram’s side but could turn harmful), hiding about the missing Kangan( could create MUs easily). He is definitely trying to match up.🤣

Why do the CVs make the situations this complex tagging the ex along in every situation. When will they start acting like mature adults?

For me, DP plays Priya way better than NM plays Ram. I think Indian audience goes by popularity and social media presence. This was the same case when IPK was aired. The actor got all the awards, the actress was royally ignored. Mostly hormonal teenagers get attracted to actors and their personality off screen and on screen 🙈

I dont follow any celebs on insta but based on the few NM insta posts I hv come across thru this forum & the bts, he comes across as very intelligent, aware & witty. Of course he may hv a ghost writer, as many celebs do.

I think it is precisely because of this difference in the energies they bring to their roles that they conplement each other & the chemistry works. One has passion & the other has ‘thehrav’ (composure). If both are high energy & act in NM style, it would be loud. If both approached their roles like DP does, it would be too tame.

But yes audience notices visible ‘acting’ more plus the fangirling factor works for the male actors. And SM is another big factor. Still, I wish there was a critics category that is supposed to go beyond these extraneous influences, that would have awarded DP.

Social media is a tough job. So most actors have ghostwriters. Its so sad that DP is not even nominated. In one of the round tables, Akshay Kumar clearly stated how award shows are. He said he was asked to perform and if he does, he will get an award 😆

Just got to know Nakuul won the critics award not the popularity one. So Nakuul won it based on his work and merit not cause of his social media followers 😆 This is even better 😆

Good for him, bad for DP ... she has been royally snubbed 😆 As a girl, I don't like this kind of partiality ... she put an equal amount of effort to play the character ...
