That's different thing! Still doesn't imply anywhere that the doctor refused to see the patient.

The Hippocratic oath we take doesn't allow us to refuse any patient especially in an emergency.

Why would I say doctor akele patient ko. Check nahi karti agar mere saamne do teen aisa example nahi hua hota Mere saamme ki baat hai it inot suni sunaai baatein
