This is the first thing which attracted her to him!! Physical attraction started much later when she saw him doing Bharatanatyam in his room!! If she was so disgusted with him then regardless of his asking to give him the chance to amend and rectify his mistakes, She wouldn't have listened!! But she did because she wanted to give him a chance because she also wanted him to change and was attracted to him!! Pallavi realized a lot before Raghav that she is in love!! The way she reacted around Raghav in RR mansion and the way she got happy when she found Raghav sleeping on top of her!! Caressing his biceps, not believing him when he confessed he killed Mandar and even ready to take the risk of getting herself in Jail with Raghav!! This all indicated she already was in love and she knew it but kind of ignoring it thinking Raghav did not love her as till that nail accident Raghav did not show any kind of romantic gestures towards her but the accident made her realize anything can happen in life and she needs to confess her feelings till there is time!!
Agree with you that Pallavi was aware of her feelings towards raghav that she was in love with him all her actions were showing that she knew about it but i did not understand what makers wanted to show by making Pallavi realize her feelings through Krishna ? And not only this Pallavi had refused to accept her feelings and told krishna that she does not love him
It would have been better if she accepted her feelings when krishna asked her about it and told Krishna that she loves him but she does not know about raghav that what he feels about her and that,s why she has not told raghav about her feelings yet
