Ok ok SLB, Rangan, Raja Sen..and the entire film industry is a sellout..😂 but yahan toh audience bhi sellout Nikli..wonder why they are flocking to watch an out and out Alia Bhatt movie, even though she is doing fancy dress competition for 2 and half hours straight

Not an Alia fan by a far cry but this actually looks so good, can't wait till it's on Netflix...

Judging by this as well as the collections I'm getting the feeling that the movie is a lot better than what was reflected in the original trailer...

It's not a mean feat to make hit out of such a dark subject, and that too just as we're coming out of a pandemic, but SLB and Alia have managed it...

The movie was nice ... though a bit too long.The song 'Jab Saiyyan ' keeps on playing in my head.

I don't think the budget is very high because the sets looked fake AF. SLB has done quite a lot of cost cutting which is a wise thing to do.

It is no doubt a dark theme but what makes it so good is the way SLB made the characters. It’s like now that we are all here, how do we lead our lives the best way we can with our heads held high. It’s a celebration of Women and Human rights! It will move you to tears but at the same time if will empower you. It’s a different experience! :)

Gangubai Kathiawadi Superb Second Saturday - The Batman Solid

Gangubai Kathiawadi had a superb second Saturday as it collected in the 7.50 crore nett range taking its nine day total to 78.50 crore nett. The growth on the second Saturday is around 60% which is fantastic and it continues to score practically all over.

The Saturday business of the film sets it up for a possible double digit number on the second Saturday. The growth will have to be very good but it is on as the film is doing well in Gujarat / Saurashtra and CPCI which tend to show huge growth on Sunday. The film will also hit the 10 crore nett mark in Mumbai city on Sunday.

he Batman had a solid Saturday with collections set to be around 8-8.25 crore nett adding to the good numbers it good in Imax paid previews and Friday. The film will be standing on a good total of aroudn 14.50 crore nett after two days.

The Batman has basically done well in Mumbai city, Delhi city, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai so here the growth on Saturday will be more muted but weekend numbers in the 23 crore nett mark is still good for a film like this as its not an action packed superhero film and holds limited appeal outside metros and in regional dubbed versions. The bulk of the business has come from the English version.
