No sai was definitely inside You can see that in the 3rd scene virat asks her to go out ( definitely to confuse us )

When u see virat n sunny opening the door twice or thrice there is a dark blue wall art in his room and when sunny opened the door for Aai you can see Aai came in to request virat and the next scene sai was standing infrt of the dark blue art (which is inside his room )🥳

So the sequence is :

1 Sai surprises virat and virat and is thrown out

2 Sai enters again with food and somehow gets in to talk with virat

3 Aai comes to request virat where u can see sai inside room

4 Later virat asks sai to leave

That dark blue wall is actually kitchen n u can see some utensils hanging behind sai
