Akshu is accepting him as he is..she helps him to control his anger.

Akshu showed mature understanding and patience during aneesha track and during Manjari's health also she helped him.

Did abhi understood her concerned for Bade papa after surgery? He was on death bed. She shared openly. He too needs to tell her openly that your jaap is making me uncomfortable.

If she can't see or understand his insecurity due to naiveness or whatever reason then Abhi needs to be vocal about it. Akshu shares everything with him unfiltered whether he likes it or not.

Thats where their relationship will grow. Pyaar kiya hai bande ne, to jaisa bhi hai jhelna padega. Akshara is very simple girl. She is just being herself. He knows it.

She easily gets diverted by seeing someone dukhi. Abhi is way more smart in catching things because he has seen only selfish broken family in Birlas. Abhi is 7-8 years older than her.

Nice topic. From the time of Dhanteras , Abhi is shown going out from birlas to get his girl from.her family on his own. And his family elders never budged that we will go first or ask them their daughter. There it self it's shown that It's all Abhis choice anytime. Second time when he messed and ran for Arohi i thought Harsh could have gone and asked keeping Abhi away. But the hero went to same house for their another daughter. And Abhi has no interest to see his father as a person any time. It doesn't matter to him anytime whether Harsh wants or not wants . It's always Abhis in his house and Ak in her house.

The difference is Akshu wants every single person to be happy and in agreement with her. Abhi, doesn't give a damn who agrees or not - but if his mum doesn't, he takes the time to make her understand.

This time he will see his mum's adamancy, he has to include his dad.

Like a I said, this is a tempest just waiting to break....😊 I personally feel this is more relatable to life as well. You can never have people 100% agree with you or be happy for you. You have to choose and pick.

Oh yes, Abhi has tarnished his name and proposals with the Goenka's so much that only he can go back again and again...no one else will dare!😆

Harsh can be the most mean person in the universe but we can't neglect the fact that he loves abhi so much.

He was so happy when he came to know his son loves a girl and he was very much joyous over it.

Then came the tilak confusion if only akshu had opened her mouth that day. Things would have end their.

Then again akshu came and rejected abhi in front of all and as a father who had seen his son always be angry and in thod phod moment for the first time saw his son cry that too falling off the stairs. That made to rile up his anger on the person who hurt his son. The things that followed only added fuel to his fire.

As much as manish didn't trust an idhar udhar here harsh doesn't trust this mute girl.

Abhi took everyone blessing in that house maybe he should have gotten his father's blessing too but no he goes around telling his wedding acceptance to all and his father is standing on the side along with the vases on display. Of course he is bound to go in his thod phod moment. First manish comes and talks and he doesn't know what it was no he comes to know the wedding acceptance. Then his son tells him the worst ever thing that he is not invited.

Poor papa birla everyone together messed his head and threw him away.

Vinay jain did the best job in portraying all of harsh emotions today. He was purely shocked seeing abhi like that.

He already has to stand in a queue for his son's love and worst is he is in waiting list for years now. Added to the line is one more person. Papa birla is simply jealous.

Maybe he can't accept akshu whole heartedly but he needs to come to a common ground and accept the fact abhi is going to marry akshu only.

I hope since this is a family show, Abhi and Harsh patch up. Sadly, it will leave bad feelings so until we really know why Abhi is like this with his dad we can only guess.

I was happy for Abhi. He was slowly dying each day at not being able to have his love. Now it is cemented (the security) by marriage. However, I also found it very tragic the way Harsh and the Birla's was very obviously isolated for this happy moment which by rights they should have been part of.

Makes me wonder about the direction of the story once marriage occurs. The constant reference to past couple, the shaart and then suddenly having it taken away and now the hurt and unhappiness of the adult Birla's.

Deepti , Hari and Freddie you brought up Harsh today. Even I think when I watch episodes why this man is sooo pissed off or angry on Manjari or hating Ak..it's simply his posessive love on Abhi is making him that. He is not getting his sons love so always manipulates Majari to do his work through her. He can't say directly to him. And reason for son father hatred is unknown to us till now. When it comes out we need to see his total character justified with his behaviour. Whatever he is we love Birla baba and try to see his side of story too.

Harsh just finds it easier to get information from Manjari and uses her to ensure Abhi listens to him. I guess he found a way to keep his parental rights via his wife.

I'd damn furious if the writers never address this dynamic - how it came about and what has scarred Abhi. I think it would make it very interesting and a well rounded story.

yes. It's similar to our real life situations. Characteristic traits are different but they get attracted to each other. They need to compromise in all stages of life. As of now he is doing it for her..once she is with him he will get that security . And it's learning process in their life share and care.

@ bold - Someone can give you security for an instant or for days but that means it can also be taken away.

Abhi's security needs to come from himself - by understanding why and the causes and how it is no way his fault. The thing is, we had seen him mention his trauma but not what caused it or what exactly happened. Until we do, I think we will always see a bit of insecurity in him.

The insecurity relating to Akshu, yes with marriage acceptance and then shaadi he should be more at ease!😆 I'm expecting lot of song and dances from him now...dreaming about Akshu. It's been his fear since the tilak fiasco that he will lose her...aww poor baby.❤️
