I caught up on two epis of Fame Game.....it's a bit of a slow build up feel but production values and storytelling are good.

Madhuri brings out the enigma of her character really well....it doesn't feel like the typical case of a superstar who is either abla bechaari or totally bitchy off camera.....there are many shades to her that they unfold through FBs after her disappearance.

All said and done, insiders hone ki wajah se KJo and gang are indeed best positioned to bring out the perspectives of star families too....lol so yes they are touching on themes like the lack of self-awareness vis a vis ageing heroes and ageing heroines wala double standard....nepotism, star kids.

The scenes I'm most enjoying are Madhuri's with the various people in her life....different shades with her kids, her co-star/ex-lover.....these are all well written and well executed.

Baaki the kids are feeling a little blah to me as of now.....the girl with the usual self-esteem issues and wanting to be a heroine like her Mumma seems a bit inspired from Sridevi-Jhanvi ka dynamic....lol

And friggin Broken waali P8rno ismein bhi hai....lol har jagah pahunch jaati hai - I just saw one scene of her as a random starlet who accosts Madhuri in a function and trying to play up ki Madhuri toh old ho gayi hai and I'm such a fan blah blah.....lol woh fakeness of these celebrities is also subtly touched upon than the usual slaptick way....lol

Hahah what timing I was about to post my take too bohat late raat main I caught up on first 2 episodes too and I am liking it too ..my only bit of criticism is they should not use MD references for Anamika like channe ke let main and maar daala etc.. then it kinda blurs the lines between are we telling MD ki Khanna ya anamaika ki..that just feels lazy on their part but other then that oh am loving all the interactions of anamika too. MD is cartoons it pretty much on her own.. the supporting cast is pretty blah except manav kaul tbh and I like woh investigation officer 4hat is inyresting character.. bakai woh aai of her seems typical of uss Zamane ke stars ki moms who are famous for controlling the lives of the stars back then.. there are so many different hints and themes thrown in about her what could it be.. woh fan ka bhi intrering but creepy sa dynamic hai har jagah pohnch jaata hai stalker and goes to any limit but I also suspect him as part of anamaika ka plan or hin behind her disappearance..but solid gone girl vibes bhi hain..bache are pretty Thande and yeh bete ko ab gay ya kinnar na bana dein so forced man har jagah zaroori nahinhai ghussana like the way the 2nd epi ended with him getting beaten by the kinnar...ho gaya representation vus a vis her make up artist being gay .. but yesh I am enjoying the diLogues and esp calling out yeh sab things like nepotism how talentless kids get everything how the ageism sexism exits woh surgeries wala part etc. Matlab I almost pity anamika caz so fat it looks like shoots are only places where although fake she still has some sanity and some khushi other than that she is paisa akmane ki machine..like that scene where her mother doesn't even let her have breakfast ..

Also pretty amused eith then kinda using kalank ka footage and waiae hi ambience using to show her shooting like plz .. and hahah yeah I did see p**no and was lime wah yeh bandi ne bhi acha setup kar lia hai aona along with woh inderneil aaj kal yeh bhi har web series main hota hai..😆

Yeah supporting cast is mostly blah but I'm liking Manav Kaul's scenes with Anamika.....the way they are bringing out the history/baggage between them is intriguing so far. I'm also liking woh ACP Saloni wala character - strong no nonsense woman so far.

One scene I liked was the way Anamika managed to cut that Manish down to size about being three hours late to shoot.....lol she did it all with such deadly SILKINESS...showed her power without lifting a finger.....haha it's awesome to watch Madhuri like this cuz I mean we love her for her dances and adaa otherwise but it's been ages since she's gotten to do stuff like this with grey shades. Matlab she can cut down the very man that she was being vulnerable in front of just two days back.....lol she got the point across ki use halke mein mat lo.

I'm also really liking Anamika the mom ka portrayal with her kids so far.....it's not done in an OTT manner and you can feel that she genuinely loves them.

Re: KKIS.....haha it wasn't hard to guess that Gun would jump into some attempt to help the Ks.....standard ITV bahu trope😆....toh laana hi tha in some form sooner or later.....as you both mentioned, I also liked those bits where Gun was sober for a bit and pointed out that it is her right to know why the shaadi was called off since it was HER shaadi....lol but she realizes that the family doesn't want her to know the reason as of now so she will respect that too.

Round Chachu was amongst the earliest people in K family to give her unconditional love....lol ab toh pucca usko soot samet return karegi by standing up for him and he will become a bigger fanboy of future bahu than ever before😆.

And yes it's deffo worth noting ki even as she shows happiness about shaadi being called off, she is still saying things like Bullet Aunty is her Bua too😆

Bechaare Round Chachu toh ekdum unravel ho gaye cursing himself so much in his despair ki Anugun ki shaadi also got called off cuz of him.....lol koi baat nahin, aapko phir se shipping ka mauka milega Golu ji😆

Re: SG....you know scenes mein toh aisa kuch khaas naya nahin hai ki koi never before seen relationship ho of a mature couple....but it's the DELIVERY from Ronit and Sangeeta that makes it so lovely....woh subtle moments where he's chiding her ki pheeke rang mat pehna karo or the little nok-jhonk in the kitchen when he refuses to have chai but panics when she says ki phir jaao main baat nahin karungi😆. Another bit I think was really well executed was the bit where they are talking about FD tudvana in the Gurudwara.....the way Swaran transitioned from requesting him first to then digging in ki meri FD hai, main toh tudvaungi.....Sangeeta is showing a different kind of thehraav in her acting in this role....having seen her in her last few older woman/mom roles, woh farak dikh raha hai of what she's trying to variate here and it's lovely to watch that acting caliber and capacity to do something like this. Script thodi dhang ki dein toh she can pull off something lovely with this role but baaki toh time will tell. Mixed hi hai Sargun-Ravi ka track record especially vis a vis that Udaariyaan....lol....let's see if they can make a show work without sautan drama at this point....would be a welcome change for ITV if they can.

+ 1 to everything esp about SG..it is the treatment again teh sba toh hum pehle promo and woh preview dekh ke hi smamjh gaye thay but the way ir happened in the episode yeah wohi baat hai the treatment matters as you said and woh actors ka callibre and chemistry.. itn natural vine aaya..oh a d I thought I did mention the gurdwara scene but precisely isi loye I liked it bohat hi tehraav tha and I did enjoy woh swaean ka way of getting things done ke main naraaz ho jaaoongi but that too only working to an extent t ke suit tak toh theek tha but paison ke loye are had to o a bit more to get himto say yes at the end ke ok phir pehli baat hi he didn't agreed despite her pouting ke mere paise maine naraaz ho jaana hai and I roh really went flat at him mera toh sab tuhi hain toh ok.. I also really appreciated them showing the gurdwara scene in such a subtle manner and being it real location koi hoopla nahibkoi ott bhakti ke bhashan nahi heck they didn't even mentioned the usual Balaji this snd that wale co pulsar dialogues but unka woh belief system cane though in simply just sitting there and aise hi uona chahiye rather than yeh dikhane ke liye ke belief hai ort insertions of yeh wale dialogues IYKWIM..

About KKIS exactly agun showed a total different side too and that she is mature too and can ha die things sensitively too given ke usko dhang se koi kahe and sorf usko bake na karta rahe I did like ke K's went Bo not at all Gun ke saamne hi when her dad was things to blame her there too ke isne hi kcuh kia hoga bla bla and see becyae 4hwg do not consider her problem child and regard her just as a normal person she shows them that too... hie stay speaking even her glee Initially felt more like woh fun main immediate reaction to me ke there but more playful wlai then serious happiness to me she didn't show half that later at K house she immediately read the room and remained sober.. hehe I know super bahu to the resume but would be fun..I honestly am enjoying this dynamic they ate serrinf beside shaadi and that they are actually not hurrying to get there just yet.. time le rahe hain and slowly developing gun ka rishta to the parivaar first.. wohi toh ke shaadi nahi karni but phir bhi aap sab mere apne hain de dia hai isne inki she sees her rishte in them shaasi ho na ho at this point is a formality for Gun.. woh yeh parivaar wala bond feel kar chuki hai and form kar chuki hai that Dr. Sahib wanted anyway and hahah I keep going back to agin ki hi haatbkr tehi sna karna hai tou want me to experience tohh shaasi karne ki kya xarooray hai snd she gets proven right ke mil toh gaya usse patcaat ka pyaar she doesn't feel lonely .. lmao as it is shown witb the woh message wlaa day ke bore ho toh aa jao etc😆

Mind nahi kar rahi main but just saying ke as it is . It is Madhuri playing Madhuri pretty much 😆 but yeha I guess why not use it when they have such vast career behind her toh might as well hehe..

Another intresting bit is that she is shown to have taken a screen name and the easy she told her daughter ke anamina toh woh bhi nahi hai she is viju Joshi.. toh ghar main wih viju hi hai. Basically jitni alag personalities hain and 2 lives ek saath jeena one can see viju the normal woman and hen anaimla the superstar.. honestly MD is doing gab..I am also liking the dynamic between viju and that caretaker woman..

Another good one ..really really enjoyed it though most of it was heart atta k and hospital pohnchana...but major thing is woh bahu is the main reason of every problem uspe bedi saab was right but swaean ne mana lia and babu bana lia isko who then manipulates bacon ko bhadkati hai baat karne nahi deti and unle jo luch bachi hui insaaniyat bhi hai woh dikhane nahi deti

Bedi saab was band on about everyone mast Bajaya iss bete ko phone pe ke tummse paise nahi let toh phone karo maa ko and maafi maango

But then he himself got the heart attack as woh bahu tried to chest them by doing a fake calm and sunaooing him ke tumne kia nakuuk ka accident inko stroke aa gaya and woh naukrani bechari saamne wali samdhan ke guar gayi jisne darwaza nahinkhola but gave fill update to beti in America pehle ke tumahre GIL is sick and ab yeh log timhe India bulayeng3 bla bla toh Don let the boys tslk to their parents.. the highlight was how bahar wale became apne be it woh naukrani woh random tracksuit girl jiska mukhe kuch samjh nahi aaya why was she camping on footpath woh kitty party dost..

Some good emotional drama as swaran struggles to get to hospital and to get through to best saab over phone as he's being taken to gospital.. baaki bedi saab being perceptive knowing every chaal of bis babu reading their betas so right xo tonues

And btw wih youngest one duped swaran for 4 lakes fraud lia..no precap.
