But like you said for the Tandav, Bharatanatyam, the expressions, and the entire vibe just grip you. Man, it's stunning! I think this dance form is just apt for the mood of this stotram.
Alwaysssss be saying that Bharatnatyam suits Tandav more and getting called out for it by my dancer friends like 🤡
But it is what it is.
Bharatnatyam suits Tandav. It suits Shiva- The Natraj- The God of Dance.
Kathak however is more leaning towards Krishna-leela. Krishna is the one we portray A LOT. Scenes / depictions / stories.
But the times are changing dancers are experimenting and conforming art like never before!!!
The stories, the performance and above all dedication to their respective forms.
