I think Akki will talk to Priya about Vedika and hence Priya tells Ram not to have Vedika around. Maybe she also will find connections between Akki getting SMS from an unknown number and she connects dots. Priya did bring Vedika, she will cause Vedika to exit as well, so that loop will close too

In today's episode she does ask who will message me about Ram, if they are my well wishers, they should come to me and talk
