It won't specifically happen like this. I think there will be a period of distance but Manish will soon accept them. That is how I interpret the promo. But if it does happen exactly like this it would wonderful.

I dont like when people die of heart attack in fiction because I lost my grand father to that. What I do know from experience is that, in that state, the patient does remember what was said to him, after the first attack, when my grandfather had come back home he had hugged me and told me that he loves me too
