Iqbal has one habit tht I dont like and that is that he never stays long in a show or even if he is the lead, he quits midway...

But he is a good actor....and I love his voice modulation....

The last show tht I watched of him was years ago with Mona Singh, where he was a terrorist or he was working with them....something like tht....

That show also didnt last long due to this TRP race....

Since this nonsens TRP rat race, the quality of Indian dramas has gone down real bad. Before all this came into play, we were getting some good quality content on Indian Television.

I blame Ekta Kapoor for this, becoz she is the one who started all this with her regressive sagas with multiple marriages, with multiple EMA's, with 100 kids from different marriages and this trend where Indian shows were running for 100 years...

Suddenly everyone was following into her footsteps. For the longest time, she had no competition on ITV until Rajan Sahi came along and removed her from the position of being the ULTIMATE QUEEN who no one dared to argue with....she could easily manipulate Channels and stuff...

I also watch Dhadkan Zindagi Ki....I find tht show so close to reality. A show anyone could relate to.

Also was watching Ziddi Dil Maane Na, but it has become boring lately....

Agree so much- the shows before this Ekta came are so good, the kind that used to air on DD and around the time SRK entered the scene (Fauji 😍), I used to watch them when lockdowns started on OTT platforms. Veteran actors and writers all of them. And they were so progressive for their times! Well layered, multi dimensional characters and so on. There’s a nice resurgence of sorts on some of the OTT shows now, which I’m really enjoying. Do you watch indian OTT shows @Esha?

The lesser said about Ekta Kapoor the better. Ruined tv standards and validated regression so much that even if she produces something excellent I really wouldn’t want to watch and give her content viewership. That said I wouldn’t blame only her- it’s a result of a lot of social and economic changes and I guess she made full use of it for her profits

The one time I felt genuine hate for this TRP race was when Dahleez on star plus ended. It’s a very good series (although the protagonist’s character is not too interesting she’s still a spunky fighter, a real challenge to the other abla naari leads shows), anyway this show always had only 0.9 TRP or so despite superb writing camera, acting, even the costumes were real and contemporary.

Although I think TSBTSP was axed rightly- that is, due to a lack of solid story- it is true that except for maybe Anupama a bunch of terrible shows are all TRP chart toppers. TSBTSP getting axed doesn’t mean the other shows are so great, lmao no it’s rubbish. Some of their synopsis alone is scary and weird leave alone the whole show. These guys get TRP literally from churning out life shattering event after event in their characters lives for every episode.

Hi nice to see you again! I’ve really missed a lot of your posts, they were almost always the feelings I had every time I saw TSBTSP and I used to keep laughing because it was just too relatable for me haha

I was even willing to watch a rebirth track when in haridwar Anurag was talking about dying and kajol with agle janaam wish..

Too bad they made it even worst after that haridwar plot..

Anyways will enjoy the last episodes of Tsbtsp and naina along with Priyanka hopefully Anurag land them both in an asylum as they are crazy with their plotting and scheming..

I have started watching it after Iqbal khans entry but I don't know any thing else about the show .

Another Good episode today and with a full dose of romance..

First sounds repeated but why why creatives to have ruined this show with unrealistic plots..

The main focus should have been anjol journey as a couple and with added side plots ..

It was so nice to see anjol happiness and a much deserved one..

Sanghvi kenil the choreographer did a great job picturising the dance sequence. . Beautiful romantic dance moment of anjol who were oblivious of the guests and lost in each other's arms..

Happy moments but also two evil women envious of kajol..That naina should pay for her sins and now plotting with psycho to destroy kajol's happiness..

Precap proves it these two surely have schemed something ..Might be pyscho and mother will stage another drama .

Looks like waste of an episode on Monday with pyscho drama..

How will they wrap up the show in 4 episodes with all the pre wedding rituals and wedding..

Kareena Kapoor has shot for new show replacing tsbtsp promo..Might be next week will get its on air date..

Btw does colors always axe shows like this? I mean some other channels even with a below 1 trp don't go on an axing spree like colors.

Now it seems the new shows too not doing that well regarding trp..

The Nima show too have brought in iqbal khan and same goes for Balika vadhu with the Yeh rishta actress to boost up trp..

In my opinion star value does not work everytime but a strong storyline with potential tracks that can keep viewers interest are needed.

Don't know what show is next in line to get axed and read BV going digital..

Let's see what's in store for tsbtsp and hopefully we see last of pyscho on Monday as she was not there in the wrap up day of show..

@Savee; ahhh at long last proposal no 4 or 5 or 6?? Let me recall...1st proposal was at home after falling off cliff epi, 2nd was airport scene - 3rd was engagement when stalker struck - 4th was when holed up & he puts ring on her in the temple 5th was today in full view of all..ohhh Abishek's face..a father really happy for his son.

The dance sequence great for a man who was in a wheelchair not too long ago...& for the first time in a long time finally great to see Anjol together.

Ok so we know stalker has staged her accident together with her mother & Nania. Stalker was all set to go but its her mother who is more shameless than her daughter

Nania, Nania, Nania, will you never learn? No you wont so you deserve karma to slap you on the face with all your evil intentions

What do I think? Stalker will be there till end perhaps Thurs...goodness only knows if they will have time to show pre wedding rituals & will Shyeya even have time to teach Nania a lesson?

All I know is Anjol will surely get married but it might be on Friday

Thank you! I am busy now days so hardly have much time to come here and after the show ends I don’t know if we will meet again or not but I had a lot of fun in this forum and this show was one of the amazing one

I think Anjol are trending on Twitter, I saw a hashtag saying Anjol on my feed. Happy these people got the recognition that the writing didn’t do for them

New episode, finally Kajol tells the stalker to stop stalking. Literally called her out for her obsession and tells her it’s not love hahahaha it’s a line we have all been saying

Putting in good scenes when they’re about to end the show 🥲

@arivarshi so overall I have mixed thoughts about BI. I don’t know whether to root for a relationship with so much sexism (even with superb redemption) and yet, it’s also a show that did not firstly start off or claim that the ML was ever respectful and secondly, the writing calls him out for it, the FL also does call him out. But I really like how it was all very honest- the characters and writing are honest and not trying to be what they aren’t. I think Anjol/writing here directly lacked the same, they keep whitewashing our leads here as strong, and progressive and mature, even when they were actually doing some very questionable things. They could’ve either been honest about their characters’ flaws or just been consistent about how great they are. Nevertheless, I think I enjoyed Anjol because I kept hoping whatever their characters were promised to be would show soon, and last three weeks that’s happened, albeit too late

@quickspicysauce..Yeah must say great job by the anjol fans that they are trending on twitter..The writers and creative team must know how they ruined such a show which had potential tracks..They focused more on negativity/villains than anjol journey.

It's too late to complain still wished, they have picturised such good episodes much earlier..

Liked the cute convo of anjol in car but mostly how both tackled psycho Priyanka..

Finally yes finally kajol got to know about the blackmailing and something we wished from a longtime to see her not sacrificing but fighting for her love..

She did it and showed crazy Priyanka the mirror..Something which we have been telling from beginning about pyscho its not love but obsession..Kajol told her today Anurag is not your love but an obsession..It was good to see kajol being the shield of Anurag ..

Precap..Beautiful moment of anjol with their pre wedding ritual..Naina will never change as she called Priyanka..I feel she will act good for now but will play her dirty game again later..

Anyways whatever drama naina or Priyanka will come up, anjol will get married in the end..
