The only reason why Abhimanyu is back in the Birla's hospital is because of Akshara; and because Manish has a heart attack and he wanted to be there to operate on him. Now, what will Harsh say to Akshara? Anyways, also if Abhi was not there then so what? There is still Anand or Mahima or any other surgeon who can operate on him. It seems this hospital only relies on Abhi and they are making it as if this hospital had one doctor to treat patient only. This is no small town clinic where one doctor is on duty; this is a big city well renown hospital.
