Always grateful for this series ❤️❤️❤️
I loved this one!!
Mama-Shiva's bond was adorable, and his first reaction to meeting Raavi was so exactly like Chota Shiva! ❤️
Raavi's halfway through packing but I don't want her to go. 🥺
And it's finally hit Shiva that the dupatta belongs to Raavi; will he give it to her?! 😳
Waiting for the next one!
BEAUTIFUL AS ALWAYS ❤️
THEY WENT THE SAME PLACE TO SPEND TIME !!🥺
"TU HUMESA ACHI LAGTI HAI" ISHHH MY HEART !!❤
Beautiful. Hope Shiva stops her
Hey Roch!!Needless to say this one was beautiful too❤️
I am glad that the kiss didn't happened...Raavi is just getting outta her heart break...she needed someone by her side on emotional front and shiva is there for her❤️I absolutely loved shiva mama bond before the kaands happened...
Shiva-Raavi-Sour candy... Perfect start to their relationship❤️
How beautiful it was to see shivi moving out of the fare together somewhere else....where their new beginings started.. And that place is where shiva realises his dream girl his soulmate is RAAVI.
The whole scenario was sooo beautiful and so mesmerising.
Ohkyy... Finishing with my usuals...
I love it.. I love it... I love it... And I love it dher sara❤️
I m happy kiss didn't happen
Raavi gonna miss his bhoothnath i knew this was coming i prepared myself too but it's hearbreaking specially when she said half packing done💔
Finalllyyyyy shiva efforts gave him result she finally laughed her heart out but still i m feeling bad and u know the reason 😭
More excited for next part💜 specially after his realisation about multicolour duppatta
P.s this chapter was heartbreaking i don't know i m feeling too attached with this fanfiction

ME LOVED IT SO MUCH !!!!!!! 😍😍😍
Ahh! Shiva finally realised his dream girl is raavi only, waiting for the day shiva will gift that multi color dupatta to Raavi. 🥰🥰🥰
Okay okay! Jiska mujhe tha intezar woh ghadi aa gayi
Shiva finally realised Raavi is the woman of his dreams ❤️ I am so happy and sad at the same time it's going to be more hard for him now as she is leaving😒
I am glad that kiss didn't happen as I stated earlier I want their first kiss to be special and not the one that can lead them to be awkward around each other.
The hill that started it all this reminds me life is a circle.❤️
The place has seen it all from little Raavi supporting and consoling little shiva to a grown up Shiva consoling and supporting grown up Raavi and now it witnessed Shiva's realisation of his love for Raavi.❤️
I am so happy to see that she laughed finally ❤️
18. Pyaar tha
"Gaumbi, I need to go."
Gautam and Dhara with the others were tired the next morning, Rishita had her head on Dev's shoulder and Dev was sipping tea, rather wanting to sleep. Krish was seated at the foot of Dhara and Gaumbi who sat on the swing, lazily sipping their morning tea. Since Suman had extended another week of her stay with the rest of the devotees, everyone were taking the best advantage of this and Gautam had tried his hand in making tea that morning.
It was really good, and even it wasn't, no one really had the energy to go make another one.
The fair had tired them all, because they had all been enjoying till the end. Krish was with his friends, all the other in their pairs, except Shiva, who could not sleep a wink since last evening.
"Need to go?" Gautam asked, yawning, as Dhara sat back, eyes shut. "Kaha re bappa?"
Shiva was restless, he was the only one who was standing, clueless on where to head now. "I need to go, send me out of Somnath, asap."
"Kya bol raha hai, Shiva?" Dhara wondered what had gotten in to him now, "Aur kal raat ko kaha tha?"
"Haan Shiva, kitna mazza aaya tha kal." Krish yawned, sipping his tea, "you missed it."
Shiva's anxious heartbeats were louder than all his family members right now, and all he wanted was an escape. Because if he did not leave, he would do something that would only cause more chaos than peace. Last night had been an eye-opener and he was getting out of hand with his emotions, being very close to releasing all his thoughts in the open.
Two days, Shiva told himself, rather reminding himself that he had to calm the beast only for two days, she is going to leave in two days, and until then, he had to keep quiet.
But he could not, he knew if he saw Raavi one more time, he would tell her everything and he did not want to think about the consequences after that. Hence, he wanted an easy exit from all this mess, go out somewhere and come back after she is gone, this way he could spare himself a heartbreak and her, some pain.
"Gaumbi, woh... woh... chawal ke liye aapko woh... Rajkot se kuch samaan... chahiye tha? Plus woh Dwarka mein Maa bhi hai, toh wahi reh lunga unke saat ek hafta..." He ranted, his nervousness visible in the rubbing of his hands and his anxious speech. "Bas, main aaj nikal raha hu..."
That woke them all from their slumber and they sat up, even Rishita who had almost slept on Dev's shoulder, "Aa su baat kare che?" Dhara now got off the swing, walking towards Shiva, "Taari tabiyat saari che?" She touched his forehead, concerned but Shiva got out of her hold, his anxieties now blurring his vision.
"Sab theek hai, mujhe jaana hai bas." He said, shaking his head vigorously like a stubborn kid, "and today."
Gautam nodded, as he walked towards the impatient brother of his, "saaru, pehle tu shaanti se hume baata hua kya hai?" He asked, cupping Shiva's cheek, concerned. "Baith, yaha baith." He then informed Krish to get a glass of water and Dev-Rishita, surrounded the very trembling Shiva. While Shiva tapped his feet, Dhara sat next to him and looked at Gautam, worried. This was the second time she had seen Shiva act this way, the first being the time he told her about the nightmares. This was getting too serious to pass it as a joke.
Shiva was handed the glass of water and he drank it, he took a deep breath, eyeing his concerned family members, "I need to go, out of Somnath, today." He repeated the same thing again, this time more relaxed than before.
"Par kal shaam ko Raavi jaa rahi hai," Krish said, as always without understanding the gravity of he situation, "aur humne uske liye aaj farewell party rakhi hai."
"Krish," Dhara eyed the naïve Krish, but Dev who was smarter of the lot, did not understand why Krish was shushed, he was merely stating a fact. "Shiva, sun..."
"Mujhe kuch nahi sunna hai," He gritted his teeth, hands fisted at the thought of Raavi leaving, and all he could do was watch her leave. "I want to go, that is it."
"Why?" Dev enquired, confused, "Raavi kal jaa rahi hai, aur tujhe aaj aise kyu jaana hai?" He asked the burning question Shiva did not want to ponder upon.
He spent the entire night only thinking about that.
"Tujhse puch ke jaau," Shiva answered, eyeing his brother, "tune humse puch ke Rishita bhabhi se shaadi kii thi?"
Rishita held Dev's arm, shaking her head slightly before Dev could lash out on the already disturbed Shiva. Gautam nodded, and held Shiva's shoulder, "theek che, tujhe jaana hai, then done. Dhara tere liye khaana pack karwa degi, shaam ke bus se chale jaana, saaru?"
Shiva nodded, "saaru."

"Raavi?"
"..."
"RAAVI"
Raavi looked at Prafulla, "aapne kuch kaha massi-maa?" She asked, and the three family members looked at each other and then at the lost girl.
"Kaha?" Prafulla hit her palm on her head, over-dramatic as always, "bhai, itne dher se chilla rahi thi, sau logon ne sunn liya par tune nahi."
"Sorry," She said, looking at her aunt, "Woh kuch soch rahi thi... aapko ko kya kehna tha?"
"Haan, woh shaam ko mere saath mandii pe aana hai tujhe." She said, lying so she could get Raavi to the surprise they and the Pandya family had planned for her. "And have you finished packing?"
Raavi shook her head, she could not help but be lost in all that happened last evening, and she was entangling herself all the more in those thoughts, trying her best to decipher what happened and why.
"Shiva?" She snapped in front of him, he seemed to be blanking out a lot, "Shiva?"
And then Shiva's smile wiped from his face, he started breathing heavily and his eyes seemed to sadden.
What was happening?
Did she do something wrong?
"Shiva?" She asked, edging closer, and she touched his cheek, but her touch only angered him more and he got off from the wall. Looking more distorted than she had ever seen him.
"I have to go home,"
That is all he said, running his hand through his hair and his voice changed its soft pitch to the old grim Shiva.
"Why?" She stood up, facing him, "is everything okay?"
"Kyu, tujhe kya?" He asked, a sudden glimpse of the old Shiva, the rude and blunt Shiva in those eyes made Raavi to take a step back, "I am sorry," He took a deep breath, shutting his eyes. "Main tujhe ghar chod deta hu, chal."
She shook her head, determined to know what was wrong, "maine kuch galat kaha?" She asked, softly, the tensed eyes of his was piercing her soul, "I am sorry."
"Not you," He clarified nothing when he said that, "it is too late already, let's go home."
"Shiva it is just 8 pm," She tried to reason with him, but this was beyond him to explain it to her.
"Tujhe aana hai toh aa, warna main jaa raha hu." He challenged her, "Dekh, Raavi, mujhe ghar jaana hai, and I do not owe any explanation to you. So if you want to tag along, I'll drop you, warna..."
"Toh jaa," She replied, folding her arms across her chest, "jaa, main aa jaungi."
"Theek hai,"
And with that he left, more like ran away, and she stood behind, wondering why he suddenly flipped into the most likeable into the most distraught guy.
"Raavi? Ye ladki kaha kho rahi hai?"
Raavi got up from the dining table, clearly done with sitting here and trying to understand what was wrong when she could just go and get some answers.
"Main aati hu,"
"Aur packing?" Anita asked, as Raavi wrapped her dupatta from the stand on herself, tied her hair and hurriedly wore the sandals, "Raavi?"
But Raavi was gone, ignoring all the pleas of both her house and her heart as she rushed towards the store that came first on the way to Pandya Niwas. "Kaka?" She asked the always happy Kaka, who managed the store 24.7, "Shiva?" She asked, panting and he shook his head.
"Shiva toh aaj nahi ayega, woh kuch kaam se Rajkot jaa raha hai, aur phir Dwarka," He chirped happily, "Jaani ki taiyaari kar li?" He asked.
"Rajkot?" Raavi asked, shaking her head, "Dwarka? Lekin kab? Aur wapas kab ayega?" She asked, heartbeats rapidly beating now, she was worried that Shiva was not going to be there when she leaves.
Was he really not going to bid her goodbye when she leaves?
"Pata nahi, Raavi, shayad ek hafte baad hi."
And Raavi shook her head, he would not do that, he could not, she thought and ran towards the house, ignoring all the people who greeted her on the way. How was he leaving before meeting her? Without telling her? Without a goodbye? She was angry, mad, so frustrated and upset, all such emotions and the adrenaline running in her veins, fastened her pace as she reached the Pandya Niwas, and rushed through the open door.
"Raavi?" Dev asked, surprised to see her at this time in the house, it was lunch time, and while the others were dining, Dev was sitting in the courtyard with the shop accounts. "Kya hua?" He asked, and Dhara and Gautam called out to Raavi for lunch but she shook her head.
Although Dev was in front of her, she felt nothing but rage and frustration for Shiva, "Shiva kaha hai?" She asked, breathing heavily, "mujhe usee baat karni hai, abhi."
Dhara walked out, "Kya hua Raavi?" She asked, concerned, "paani toh pii le?"
"Dhara dii, Shiva kaha hai?" She asked, not caring about anyone or anything right now. Krish, Rishita and Gauam who were seated for lunch were surprised as well.
"Upar hai, chhat pe."
But before Dhara could even finish her statement, Raavi was already climbing the stairs, zooming in faster speed than the Flash and Dev rubbed his hair, thinking what the matter was with these two. First his brother who wanted to leave for work that did not require him to go and now Raavi, asking for Shiva, the last person in Somnath she would interact with.
"Main dekhta hu," Gautam offered to leave, "kahi dono ek dusre ka khoon na karle."
"Nahi Gaumbi," Dhara shook her head, stopping him, "aaj khoon ho hi jaaye. Koi upar nahi jayega, khabardar Krish." She warned them all, "you are staying here."
"Haan," Krish pouted, shrugging, why would he leave this safe haven and step into the warzone?
Shiva on the other hand, was seated on the railing of their terrace, he had packed and was about to leave in half an hour and did not have half a mind to eat anything. Right now, only leaving Somnath would give him some peace.
"Tu itna bada gadheda hai, maina kabhi socha nahi tha." Raavi barged in, standing at a fair distance while Shiva got off the railing, both surprised and frustrated to see her standing here. "Tu apne aap ko kya samajta hai?"
Shiva rolled his eyes, tilting his head, "tu yaha kya kar rahi hai?" He asked, happy to see her, but he'd rather annoy her than add to her turmoil. This Shiva was not as strong as the previous one who did not give two flying shit about anyone.
"Tu jaa raha?" She asked, shaking her head, breathing heavily by the long run and by the anger seething in her, "How can you leave without telling me?"
"Ey chipkali," He pointed his finger at her, "main jo chahu woh kar sakta hu, tu hoti kaun hai mujhe ye puchne waali, maami ki behen ki beti hai, toh wahi bann ke reh."
Raavi watched him in disbelief, she took another step towards him, "Seriously? What is up with you?" She asked, now sighing, "Shiva, tu kaise jaa sakta hai yaar? Main kal jaa rahi hu."
"haan toh jaa na," He took the remaining steps between them, angry and done with this same line everyone kept reminding him off. "Kal kyu? Aaj hi chali jaa, atleast ye roz roz ka sardard toh chala jayega!" He held his head, blinded by rage and Raavi looked at him, her teary eyes blurring her vision.
"Sardard?" She asked, softly, the anger now transformed into a sudden realisation of what they were before all this.
"Aur nahi toh kya," Shiva took another step, while Raavi stood frozen in her place, his anger had glued her to the reality they were in. "Jabse aayi hai tabse bas mera sarr khaati hai, jaan ke peeche padi hai," He had no idea what he was saying, but all the bottled feelings were out like a storm, and he could not withhold it anymore. "Every time you get hurt, and I feel the pain, every single time I have to come to your defense, bachpan se lekar aaj tak mere saath ladte aayi hai, mere saath har woh baat share karti hai jo tune kisise nahi kahi, chipkali ki tarah chipak ti rehti hai, aur end mein pyaar kisse kiye tune, Dev se?" He said, gulping as Raavi was stunned at his words. "Aur jab usne tera dil tod diya, tab main tera saath tha..."
"Ek second," Raavi interrupted him, it appalled her that he considered her as a damsel in distress than a friend, "Main nahi aayi thi, tu mere paas aya tha," She clarified, pointing her finger at him, "maine nahi kaha tha tujhe mujhe bachane ko, woh tune kiya tha, apni marzi se." She wiped the tear that fell from her eye, and the lone tear hit the chord in its right place, because Shiva felt pain replacing his anger. "Aur maine nahi kaha tha ki tu mere paas rahe, mere saath rahe, tu aaya tha Shiva, whatever happened in this week, was all initiated by you. Don't you dare pin it on me that I came to you, begging for attention, begging for your sympathy..." She was breathing heavily, "aur kis bachpan ki baat kar raha hai tu? Harr baar tune sirf meri insult ki hai Shiva, bachpan se lekar, last week tak, mera mazak banaya, apne gusse ka shikar banaya, yaha tak tune mujhe anaath bhi kaha."
Shiva gulped, all those flashbacks hitting his senses all at once.
"Kuch bhi bhuli nahi hu main," She wiped another trail of a tear that dropped on the floor, "you wanted to know why I tagged along with you all these years? It was not because I had no self-respect for myself, or that I was lonely and desperate for some friendship, or that I was dying to be friends with you, it was only because I knew what it was to be alone and I did not want you to feel the same." She said, and Shiva met her fiery eyes, "You were an outcast, and no matter how much you boasted that it did not matter to you, I knew it did. Because I am an outcast too, anaath hu, idiot nahi. Jaanti hu ki sab mere baarein main kya sochte hai, aur Massi-maa nahi hoti toh shayad Dhara dii ki tarah mujhe bhi tang karte sab. But you have some nerve to tell me that I was following you?" Raavi shook her head, sighing in pure anger and was about to leave when Shiva held her arm, pulling her close to him.
"Leave my hand,"
He pulled her closer, noses almost touching, "Apni baat khatam hone par dusron ki baatein sunte bhi hai," He said, as she struggled to get out his hold, "aur atleast maine teri madat sympathy main nahi kiya tha, jaise tune ki."
Raavi scoffed, now stopped struggling and met his eyes, "aacha, toh kyu ki?" She asked, he held her hands behind her back, as she stood dangerously close to him, "sympathy nahi toh aur kya tha? Bol na?"
"Pyaar tha," He said, holding her firmly, really wanting to finish this distance between them, the tension rising all the more. "Pyaar karta hu tujhse," He said, aloud, and Raavi felt her heartbeats drop instantly, her ears not ready to believe he just said that. "Tere liye nahi bachaya tujhe, mere liye bachaya. Hu tane bahu prem karu chu, Raavi, par tu nahi samjhegi, kyuki tu nahi karti."
And all Raavi did was meet his teary eyes, her heart breaking, this time not in two pieces, but several.
Several, shattered pieces, just like his.
