Sorry for the long post but I really had to do this 😆 In case Danny sees it and starts buying the correct shades 🤣

This was imo the last few pictures where he doesn't wear a full face. And you can see his real complexion, tanned but fair, and pink undertoned...hence in areas he's appearing orange (check the difference between his cheeks and neck).

Believe it or not, I was trying to figure this out last night! #Telepathy 😆

The foundation seems to appear somewhere during Wajood promotions. I think the main purpose was to get a more "flawless" base for the cameras (which captures stuff that even we don't see).

But the makeup artist later f**ked up the undertone...which is why in so many projects he's either appearing yellow or orange.

This seems to be with no makeup on at all..see the amount of pinkness. And I am certain this is no makeup because if he would've gone lighter, his foundation would have turned grey.

Yesterday I was rewatching Ab Dekh Khuda Kya Karta Hai and Jaan-e-Alam also has that dreaded yellow foundation, but because of the yellow-sepia colour grading of the show it isn't very evident.

I'll post a picture from our favourite scene, try not to get distracted by the hotness (☺️) and check out the lines on his face...there is a clear demarkation between skin and foundation. The centre of his face is yellow and the sides are pink-fair. Same goes for his neck. I can't believe we didn't see it before! Zoom karke dekho.

Which shows that this is not his shade or undertone. The MUA is just using a yellow foundation because the common notion is that South Asians are yellow undertoned. But most Sindhis (even the ones who have moved to India) are still very fair with pink undertones.
