Yeah I really liked it too! I enjoy reading stories based on the Mahabharat and I always felt sorry for Karna so I enjoyed the 'shipping' in it.

I like some of the Punjabi songs too but the Urdu ones are sublime. I tried watching the Indian Coke studio and found it underwhelming by comparison.
