From what we've seen all along, plus from today's episode, there is no grudge in Aditya's head towards Malini. Plus, given that he didn't want her to be punished, and that he's going around apologising to her, I don't see why he can't fall in love with her again, without any grudges.

When he'll realise Imlie is completely gone from his hands and he has no one else in his life, except Malini, he will fall right back in love with her. 🤣
