How does this even happen?? I am shocked at how these Bollywood actresses turn from dark to fair. I was watching Bipasha's recent episode in the Kapil Sharma, where she looks ravishingly fresh and fair skinned.

Bipasha, Deepika, Sridevi & Kajol! Shilpa Shetty & even Shamita Shetty - pls google her Mohabbatein days pictures & observe her skin tone now. I am like what? I don't believe it's just make up and lighting.

Like it's not even like their face got fairer - it's their entire body!! What do they do? I am so curious now! Does anyone have an idea? Are these those Laser treatments where they remove the top layer of the skin? or glutathione? any anything else?

How can there not be any side effects from such treatments. Excess glutathione lightens melanin pigmentation in the body but can result in kidney failure in the long run. Invasive Laser treatments can burn the skin as a side effect & can even backfire. How do they do this & that too for the entire body?

Any thoughts anyone?

Glutathione IV shots brighten your complexion significantly. They're naturally occurring antioxidants that clear the body of toxins, free radicals, and all that jazz.

Actors/celebs can afford those pricey packages to get them regularly. There are also glutathione soaps, creams, etc. that claim to give you results but they're all just myths, in my opinion. Nothing works like the IV shots.

"Glutathione injections work by clearing the body of toxins and free radicals that lead to hyperpigmentation, age spots, sun spots, wrinkles, acne, and even melasma. It also has anti-inflammatory benefits."

The most effective way to enhance glutathione levels is having regular glutathione injections. Oral glutathione supplements are not effective because the benefits are lost during the digestion process.

Hope that helps! It has far more benefits than just "whitening" your skin .... your entire body comes alive from inside and radiant skin is just a part of it.

Add to those IV shots regular botox, fillers, skin peeling products, and all the other fancy treatments and voila!!

Wow! These must cost a fortune & just how many injection & needle marks would these folks have on their arms from years of pricking themselves with these😲 I've heard about glutathione shots a lot too, but they actually say - that taking glutathione in excess & getting into the bloodstreams lightens the melanin pigments that are already present in the body (doesn't reduce melanin, but lightens the color of those pigments). But I've also heard that these treatments in the long run can result in kidney failure - especially if taken in access for skin lightening purposes. I wonder how they get away.. but glutathione in itself is very good for the body yeah.

Those injections cost a fortune I bet

Gluthathione injections, along with laser treatments, chemical peels, regular clean ups, daily skin care routine, vitamin supplements and healthy foods.

Gluthathione alone will not help because you cannot depend on those injections due to the side effects. But it gives a huge boost. Top that with regular dermatologist appointments and put good stuff in your body.

The fact that her lighter skin is referred to as "ravishingly fresh" may go some way to explain why they do it in the first place.

Ravishingly fresh AND (which means - in addition to) being fair skinned.

Ravishingly fresh does not equal to being fair skinned!😊

Her face had such a glow & looked well maintained, so I summed it up as Fresh!

You mean makeup? Nah - they folks go way beyond just make up and lighting!

Their whole body has gotten several shades fairer to what their skin tone earlier was.

He looks so young himself. Not that young folks cannot have such an influential clientele, but pretty amazed! He must be helping their maintain their skin through creams / diets.
