Lakshmi, he never used his position as ACP in the hospital because he wanted to avoid as much attention as possible . Virat never used his position for anything. In the earlier episodes when he had lost pakhi's number he wasn't happy when Sunny had called the yoga resort and mention about being an ACP,so why would he take advantage of his position for Shruthi? At times when we take decisions suddenly we don't realise the outcome since we're occupied for the other person's security and wellbeing. Sadanand is making a mountain out of a molehill.

His ID will have his profession . He need not disclose or hide. There lies the writing blunder.

His ACP status is known through the card. How come the hotel people not oblige his demand? Same with hospital.

If you remember he shows his ID to a bike rider to get his vehicle.
