I now doubt the earlier optimism that the court room drama would be avoided. Seems like there is a version that is likely to come and we are giving too much credit to the team in thinking this track and 2.0 track is not going going to come. I think they are definitely going to continue this track for a while as with KD. They have no reasons not too as there has not been a significant or constant decline in trps, so I would expect a lot more toxicity for a while to come.

Thats all shows his love for Shruti n Sahas. Whereas Sada saw how Sai understood Virat, didnt blame him n ready to walk over landmine than Virat being shot. That shows her love for Virat.

As before only Virat and Shruti understand each other. Both couldnt understand the pain of Sai and Sada seeing Virat, Shruti n Sahas playing 'family'. The first thing she noticed is Virat is hurt. Praises how he went against his family n love, how she n Sahas are alive because of Virat only. She conveniently forgot Sai also helped with her second operation. Now it made sense why Virat didnt give any 'soft look' to Sai. Because he is still hurt at Sai for not trusting him before. His only concern is Sai shouldnt be harmed n to get her out of there safely. He got angry when she was hurt n provoked Sada to stop Sai from getting harmed.

I still dont get why Shruti went there. She know Sai's safety can only be traded with her n Sahas returning to Sada. She took a newborn to jungle, that was irresponsible as a mother. She said she cannot just sit at home when Virat and Sai is in danger. But not a single word said to stop Sada from harming them, when she definitely still has an influence on him. He was ready to talk to her n sort things out but she denied that too. Doesnt she know she can cool down the situation a bit? Instead she kept provoking him. She was adamant to not let anyone come near her n Sahas, then why did she even go there? Just to praise Virat n voice her disappointment at Sada turning into a rakhshas? Lady you are not helping at all.

But I am glad Sai didnt utter a single word to defend Virat or Shruti to Sada today, small mercies.

As peeps are saying Virat hasnt even move an inch to save Sai or least bothered if lives or dies... It's because he wants to save his image...Or he is ready to move on with shruti

I loved your take. Actually feel like watching after reading it. But seeing Virat like this, annoys me to no end.

When the landmine exploded, he did try to go to Sai seeing her in pain but Shruti stopped him. For me Shruti was right to stop him because he will be risking his n Sai life. He just didnt like her touching him. He keep warning Sai to not move but he cannot just go running to her either because he does not know where the landmines are and can harm both him and Sai. He got angry and provoked Sada to stop him from harming Sai further. But Sada is not in the right mind to think and act rationally. Sada has a gun n has pointed at Sai, Virat and himself. He wants to settle things by word. He told Shruti to keep talking to Sada to stop him from shooting himself. Well Shruti provocation did stop him but the danger is not over. When police force came n started shooting, he shouted to stop shooting because civilian is there pointing at Sai. Also he told them to move carefully as the area is covered in landmine.

The way I see it, he is not moving because of the landmine. He does not want to cause any harm to anyone.

As much as I hate Virat I don't think Virat has any liking for Sruthi that way cus they haven't shown any scene so far where it felt Virat is into her in that way. I didn't feel that in KD either but yes in second Sruthi track in KD it gave that impression to me too. But still Ronno was shown never interested in her that way. His love for Imon was selfish & conditional but he did love only imon & didn't feel that way for anyone other than Imon after he fell for imon. Here Virat is shown more friendly around her as per body language but I don't get romantic vibes from him.

Virat is one extremely self absorbed person. I haven't seen him getting affected by Sruthi's words to him at all. Like I remember right after marriage when Sai talks of I'm not gonna stay here for lifetime anyway, it did have affect on Virat. Idk whether Virat talking of his amidst everything was going on was intentionally to provoke Sada or he actually meant it there means he's too self absorbed by his own hurt caused by Sai that he had to talk about it even there to guilt trip Sai...

No that's not true. He got affected, was about to go but Sruthi stopped him but he didn't like her stopping him & jerked her hands off him. I could feel his care & concern for him. That's when he blasted off at Sada. See the writing was very incoherent & I feel Neil isn't trying to elevate it either with more effort like previously. The focus wasn't even on Sai throughout the episode how it should have been. Too many unnecessary things were going on. I feel Sruthi's addition in the scene made things go abrupt. That's why Virat's attention wasn't on Sai throughout. Then Sahaas started crying in between. Tbh Sai hardly had screentime today or dialogues despite the track being about her. But yes I still feel the writing & dialogues should've been louder of Virat's in regards to Sai. It's very disjointed directed episode. It seemed Ayesha & Vineet shot seperately and Neil shot few scenes with Shafaq & few individually.

Agree. They should've given Sruthi dialogue about what you wrote on stopping him to justify it. The makers & writers of Ghum are stupid af. I still think the writing could've been more crisp.

No they were all shooting together as per bts... But the director and writer is so bad that they couldn't put it together unlike that samrakhi pooja scene when P* throws her Saree on the fire and he didn't even care.. Virat was completely zoned out.. He was yelling at Sai but his gaze where right there or should be..

As someone mentioned they need a Bengali translator what leena wanted say and explain nuances for actors.. Neil used to understand rono so well but in this one he is definitely under performing

These scenes aren't from KD. It's their creativity. I'm not understanding cus he's standing clueless at few places then at times you see him giving soft looks to Sai. I don't know what's their plan. No I guess this episode they didn't shoot together anyway. The most weird part was Virat doing yaar yaar mere bhai dost softening up to Sada in today's episode even after the explosion maybe he wanted to keep him under control time to time so he doesn't or let his men harm Sai but they didn't show all that to justify this. I think a monologue should've been given to Virat about the whole thing to make his thoughts clear to audience.

I have a doubt. I saw a lot of people discussing about Shruti 2.0 track in KD.

What the heck was that??????

I am clueless
