I think shivi will be actually pregnant this time. They have to somehow close akki-shivi separation planning from nandini somehow and shivi getting pregnant is the only option where nandini will accept defeat. I mean this the same mother who proposed Ram-priya marriage because shivina could be pregnant. Otherwise nandini would never give up on shivina's marriage like that.

To close this track permanently they will introduce her pregnancy for sure.
