yaar I loved the hesitation they had but desprate to be with each other, it was beautifulabsolutely loved this part. of course he cares about bade papa and is concerned, but that was just a cover up for the real reason he was there... neither one of them can stay upset at each other...loved how both of them were so desperately trying to talk to each other but not able to say anything

Wanted to make a separate post on the significance of the balcony scene. It is so poetic and symbolic. We all know that Abhira are currently in the Romeo and Juliet phase of their love. In the Shakespearean play, the balcony scene solidified the love of both characters. The most famous line- “A rose by any other name would smell as sweet” is known throughout history. Here, we see the same with Abhira- Goenka, Birla… it does not matter. Abhira are together and will remain as one regardless of the feuding between their families. In this scene, they leave their ego behind to reunite irrespective of their familial ties. And the most beautiful parallel of all was that in the play, Juliet is talking to herself about her love for Romeo, and he overhears… that is the moment he realizes that they are meant to be. And here, as Abhi is leaving, he hears Akshu saying that she wishes she had hugged him- identical scenes. The attention to detail is simply outstanding.
