We must let her go karan it's been three years and there is no change in her condition. He felt weak in the stomach ,his vision began to blur ,his legs were giving up on him but he still ran down the corridor and headed up to the hospital terrace pushing back his worried friends Faizi and Sid.Karan Faizi called out but he payed no heed and ran past them. The moment he reached the terrace ,he collapsed as his knees beneath him buckled , he felt his bile rising, he tried to get a hold on himself but failed and when he could take it no more he let out a scream crying and howling like a wounded soul.
It was an unbearable sight ,it seemed that even the heavens pitied him crying looking at him in pain as they darkened with clouds and the lighting stroke. Whyyyyyyy? he shouted looking up at the sky in agony roaring and calling out to all the gods residing in heaven. Is this your way of getting back at me , is this your revenge for having never believed in your existence after I lost bhaiya. If it is so you could have ruined me ,why her she always believed in you , always prayed to you then why? You know what if you think you can snatch her away from me ,ur wrong I'll fight for her till my last breathe and burn down this whole world if I have to ,I'm not letting you win no not this time. As he opened his eyes he was astound to find himself standing in the same academy where they had both confessed their feelings, a place where they had created their own world ,enveloped in their unconditional love for one another away from the sight of the rest of the world.
This is where they had shared all their firsts , first time they had hesitantly held hands , first time that they had hugged , first time that their quivering but excited lips met , first time they had made love , he slightly smiled as all the best moments of his life flashed before his eyes.
He suddenly heard someone call out to him , he turned towards where the sound had come from ,to see her standing before him laughing as her eyes twinkled .
He couldn't believe what he was seeing, he rubbed his eyes to see if he was dreaming but no he wasn't she was really there .
Monami he slowly whispered as he couldn't fathom the sight he was seeing.
Oyy Mr khadoos shergill she giggled as she called out to him are you just going to stand there or are you going to come catch me .
He started running after her to catch her as she began running away from him laughing and teasing him as they ran through the corridors of the academy. He finally caught her and pulled her to himself . You love, troubling me don't you Rani Sahiba , you love seeing me worried for you. Do you even know how many deaths I died even at the thought of losing you . Papa said you weren't coming back but I knew you would for you know that ur khadoos Shergill is nothing without you . It's painful lying there watching you mourn ,it hurts to see you hurting please let go of that body for I no longer exist in it. Stop holding onto what has already slipped out of your fists , let go learn to set the ones you love free, don't cage them as when you do that you are only limiting and binding yourself to the non existent.
Don't push me away karan. I wish to be the wind beneath your wings and not the shackles that hold you back. Please my love set me free for I'm within you. As she said she pulled him in for a kiss, It was blissful to be able to feel her again.He closed his eyes to be able to feel the essence of that very moment. After what seemed like ions they broke apart he felt her whispering good by khadoos Shergill . He slowly opened his eyes only to realise and look around and see the same old hospital terrace .He shook his head his head to realise he had actually been dreaming .
He stood up and brushed himself ,wiped away his tears and headed down towards Dr Mahajan's cabin to do what was needed. To set his love free only to reunite for eternity. As their love was truly beyond measures.❤️❤️❤️🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
